Chapter9:Party time

It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon Raven, Megan and I were getting organised for the party. My mom just got done cornrowing my hair into braids. I loved this hair style. I used to rock it all the time to the beach in Spain, thought it would be a cute look for tonight. Megan straighten an curled the ends of her hair. And Raven curled her side bangs.

We sat at the table and ate The Popeyes my mom bought home.

"You ever been to one of LaToya's parties "I asked Raven.
"Yeah they are normally good" she answered.
"Normally?" Megan asked with food in her mouth. "What you mean normally?"
"One of her parties got locked off because of the area she had it in. Two gangs didn't agree with each other and you know what happens after that" she explained before putting a piece of chicken in her mouth.
"Were people hurt" I asked looking at her
She nodded grubbing on her chicken.
Me and Megan looked at each other in horror.
"But ever since then she's had them at her house and so far we've all been safe." She concluded.
We continued to eat in relief.

After we all showered it was 5:30 and we started to do our make up. I did Raven an Megan's eyeshadow an put on there eyelashes because I could see they were struggling. I had a simple look an put on my favourite eyelashes and pink lip gloss. I wore a tie dye tank top which I tucked into my white pleated skirt with my neon green heals and finished up with my accessories.
Megan wore a black two piece which suited her figure perfectly. She had on a red lip an black sandals.
Raven wore a white fitted dress with a nude lip and black heels. We fragranced our self and finished up the little touches before packing our bags. It was now 7 and the party had started. We still had to pick up Jaz and Trinity so it looks like we were going to be fashionably late.

I picked my phone up to call Jaz and saw 5 text messages drone him saying he an trinity were waiting. I called him an told him we were on our way.
We said good by to my mom and left hopping in my car with Raven in the back.

"Damn your girl maybe half Spanish but defiantly has the black people timing" trinity said.
I laughed and with that heard a beep from out front it was Christina waving. Me and Trinity left my house to join them.

After a 20 minute drive we arrived at LaToya's. We entered and it was lit.

We walked through the crowd of people who had drinks in there hand dancing on the dance floor. Another crowd grinding the buds and others totally gone. We finally found a corner to stand. And looked around.

"I don't think we should drink y'all, everybody seem to be gone completely" Raven warned.
"Hahaha not drink? Y'all can do that. Ima go find me a red cup"trinity said walking off
"Ima go uh watch her" Megan said rushing off behind her.
"Well I'll go find a friend, don't wanna be cock blocking y'all" Raven said trailing off towards the garden.

I looked at Christina. She was stunning. I noticed a couple niggas watching her so I took her hand and walked to the dance floor letting everyone know she was mine.
Work by Rihanna came on and Christina's eyes lit up. I knew it was her song. She looked at me and bit her lip. I twirled her around and she started grinding on me. By this time everyone was grinding on each other. Christina started grinding hard and I liked it as  I was biting my lip.

We were all partying having a good time. Megan and trinity were outside at the bar, Raven found food and me and Jaz decided to sit in the car and talk. I was really starting to like him, but I wasn't clear on whether he felt the same. I wanted to get it out of him but didn't know how.

"I've realised that we've never really spoken about your past....as in relationship wise" I slid in getting comfortable in my seat.

He pushed his lip up slightly "what do you want to know?"

I blinked before answering "what happened? I poured my self out to you"

He got comfortable before looking at me" honestly all the girls were in it for sex, to see what it was like. All I wanted was love. You know. Someone to chill with, laugh with, smile with and be with. But all of them didn't want that when it came to me" he explained.

I was a little taken back when he said "to see what it was like" so I asked.

" what do you mean to see what it was like?"
I saw him gulp before answering " uh you know, when uh you want to see what the sex is like with other people. Like experimenting" he answered.

I was a little baffled but agreed anyway.

We ended up talking for a good hour and we started to see people leaving the party, all these drunk heads limping past our car.
We both laughed at the sight of them and before I knew it. It finally happened.

It was getting late an everyone was getting hella drink. I was getting worried about Trin and Megan so I went off to look for them, of course I'd find them at the bar.

"Guys I think we should get going now" I suggested.

"I personally think right, that you yes you should have a little vodka you know. " Trinity answered, she was clearly drunk so that was my Que..

"Come on guys" I said before grabbing them both by the arms.

"Noo waiit we can't leave Jaz and christinaaaaa" trinity yelled in my ear.

" Noo Trin they left already, I saw. They went man" Megan started to cry " I can't believe they left us here Doug, what we gon do now"

I rolled my eyes an got them out the house. I peered and saw the car spotting Jaz and Christina in it. I smiled at what I saw but then shook my head after before making my way over.

Christina looked so good tonight. We were laughing at the drunk people walking past the car.

Me an Christina had been talking for what had felt like hours. I almost blew my cover. I knew if I didn't fix this she'd be questioning me for the longest. So I did it.

I leant in and pulled her chin gently to my direction. Sliding my hand across her cheek to the back of her neck, I leant it and kissed her. She was taken back at first but gave in and kissed me right back. It was so passionate and deep and amazing. Her lips were just what I thought they'd be. Soft as pillows. Our lips glided in sync, our tongues caressed each others wrestling from time to time.
It was perfect. Until we got a knock on the window. We both jumped and at the sight of Raven, Trin and Megan out side but giggled it off letting them in.

" I see y'all" Raven said whilst the two others were slumped. " yeah I think it's time we went home" as she peered at the two drunk head laying on her lap.

I nodded in agreement before Christina started the car and started the trip back home.
