Y/N's POV

"Maybe you need more ice cream?" Newt said, serving up another scoop and carefully putting it in a bowl. "No thanks Newt I'm fine." I laughed, as I continued reading my magazine.

Newt nodded, put away the ice cream, and sat down on a chair next to me. "You look uncomfortable, let me sort out your pillows." He said, leaning over me to 'help'. It was really sweet how much he cared but it was starting to get on my nerves a little.

I smiled and kissed Newt on his cheek earning a small blush from him. I held his hand and looked at him. "Don't worry about me Newt, I'm fine!" I said.

"Good." He laughed, sighing in relief.

"For now." I added. And I swear I could see the fear in him out of the corner of my eye.

I simply smirked and turned on the tv and started looking through a list of my favourite anime. "Which one, Attack on Titan, Black butler or Ouran High School host club?" I asked.

"Uhhm I think ouran high, because Haruhi reminds me of you, strong, independent and beautiful." Newt said, sweetly.

I blushed a little as I started an episode.

Half way through the door bell rang.

"Don't worry I'll get it!" Newt shouted as he raced towards the door.

I heard the door open and the sounds of Minho and Thomas's voices.

"Hey Newt!" They both said in sync.

"We bought some gifts for Y/N." Thomas said. "Yeah she'll love them, especially mine." Minho said and although I couldn't see him I know he smirked.

Newt nodded. "I think Y/N might be tired so please do your bloody best to keep quiet." I heard Newt say to them.

"Sure thing Newt." Thomas said. As they both walked in.

"Hi Y/N!" They both said, sitting down by me. "So did you bring me food?" I laughed.

"You'll have to wait and see!" Minho said, giving me a poorly wrapped present. I smiled and accepted it.

I quickly unwrapped it to find my favourite type of cookies. "Awwwh! Thanks guys!" I said, hugging them both.

"Ehem." Newt coughed.

I smirked and quickly kissed him before taking a bite out of a cookie.

The time passed pretty quickly from there, we played some games, opened more presents, had dinner until it came the time for them to leave.

"Night Y/N!" They both said. "Night guys! I called as I heard Newt dismiss them.

"Look at all this cool stuff we got for the baby Newt!" I said, as he came up and hugged me gently from behind being careful of the baby.

"I know. I can't wait to raise this baby with you." Newt whispered to me, tucking a loose stand of hair behind my ear.

Suddenly the baby started kicking. Damn he always got the terror going.

"I really hope it's a girl." Newt admitted. "Awh really? I don't mind but if you want a girl then I wish for it to be one too!" I laughed, holding his hand.

"Here I got you a present too." Newt said, handing me a nearly wrapped parcel with a cute bow on the top.

"You didn't have to, Newt." I said, though already unwrapping it.

I carefully lifted the lid of the small box inside to find a beautiful golden necklace with my name encrusted on it.

It was... Perfect.

"Newt..." I said, quietly. "Y/N... Do you like it?" He asked, fidgeting with his hands slightly. "Like it? Newt, its perfect. I love it so much. Thank you." I said hugging him tight.

"Oh I'm so glad." He nervously laughed then sighed, hugging me back.

Newt put the necklace on me and kissed my cheek softly. I yawned and his eyes grew alert as he picked me up and carried me to bed.

He tucked me in carefully and climbed in next to me, wrapping his strong arms around me that I always feel safe in.

"Night Newt, I love you."

"Night Y/N, I love you so much."
