Now that you and Tony were back you had relaxed on the couch. Thor was talking to Steve.

"No Thor. I can't let you do that."

"I am sorry Cap, but it was his punishment."

"I can't. I can't surround her with that. She's just a kid. " his tone was harsh.

"Steve. She is 23, she can handle herself. " now Tony had pitched himself in. What was so important? My age is usually never a factor in any argument.

"No. That is my final answer."

"It isn't up to you Steve. She is an adult. If he messes with her you know we've got her back. Always." Tony was as persuasive as ever. Not because what was happening was what he wanted, but what was needed.

I approached the men in the cluster. "So what's happening? And why does it involve me?"

Thor wasn't hesitant at all. "Loki is visiting. It was declared by Odin himself. And hey, " he put his hand in my shoulder, "If he toys with you Lady (y/n), please let us know." his voice was gentle and sincere.

"I will. I promise, " I turned to Steve. "And Uncle Steve? "

He sighed, "Yeah? " he rubbed the back of his neck probably knowing what was coming.

"I am an adult. Pleeeeease treat me like one." he nodded in response. He was overprotective, but that's not always a bad thing.

You watched as Thor and Loki stepped out of the little crop circle he always makes when going to Asgard. Loki looks different than you remember, but then again, you didn't personally meet him.

He nods, barely acknowledging anyone. His handcuffs looked tight and uncomfortable. His face didn't show it though, just a somber expression.

You walk the halls of your the tower, which is a abnormal thing for you. You end up at the cells. Which is just the end of your walk, but you enter. Noticing Loki in his cell, you approach it. You've always hated the fact you are curious, but then again, you didn't try to stop. As you approached he looked up. Surprised at you, he clenched his jaw, unable of words.

You felt the tension in the room as if got could break it. "I'm (y/n), you must be Loki. I've heard lots about you." (you were raised by Steve, what did you expect? )

He raised an eyebrow. "None of it must have been good, since no one here sees me that way. "

You felt a twinge of guilt. "Some has. Thor has told us stories of when you were children."

"That was many many a centuries ago Lady (y/n). I have been told I've changed."

"There is good in everyone. That's what I've been raised to believe."

"Maybe so, but if that was true, would I be here? "

You shrugged. You didn't know. And that was rare.

"HEY! " you both looked over to see who it was. Tony runs in and grabs your wrist. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING DOWN HERE! "

"Tony I'm ju-"

"What did he do to you?! "

"Nothing Tony I swear it no-"

He started over to his cell. "Don't you ever look at this precious woman ever again! " he was pissed for no reason.

"I came down here Tony. It was just me."

He stopped moving completely. "Why? " you shrugged.

"I just wanted to meet him. Formally."

"Steve raised you right, and its disgusting." that made Loki chuckle. As we both looked at him he sat back down. Tony dragged me back upstairs.

"Tony that's not fair!"

"It totally is (y/n)! "

Then Steve rushed over. "Woah! (y/n) what's up? What's happening?"

Before I could say anything Tony jumped up. "She was down in the prison area talking to Loki!"

He looked at me shocked. "Why? Why should you do that? He's not safe! "

"I just wanted to meet him Steve.. " you looked down ashamed. "I'm sorry it upsets you guys."

Bucky walks over. (yes Bucky is in it now)

"(y/n) is Tony and uncle Steve bothering you again?" he put his metal arm around my shoulders. He knows I'm sensitive.

You sigh. "No I was being stupid."

He grips my shoulders up tilts my chin up. "Okay, nobody. Not even you, will call my little girl stupid. You have a freaking masters degree in nuclear physics! You aren't stupid. Do what you gotta do. Steve trusts you. Don't you Steve? " he looked over. His shaggy hair in his face. Your (preferred hairstyle) in yours.

"I do." he sighs. "Just be careful."

You smile at them both. "I always am. "

I run out of the room.

"You did good Rogers." Bucky leaned onto him.

He smiles. "I did didn't I?"

"What? Just happened? Did momma Bucky just fix it all? Again? " Tony said. "Wow. Kudos to you." Tony left for the kitchen.

"I hate it when he does that."

"Its funny. Mama Bucky. Even though bucks are the male deer. Yaknow that's ironic."

Bucky sighs. "I know. I get it Steve."
