Let's Go Save The World

"You want me to go underground!" She cried.

They had just explained what they wanted her to do an why and that it was for the fate of Erdas, but Tasha didn't seem interested.

"For a good cause." Shane said quickly.

"You want me to go underground to save the world?!" She squeaked. "This should be a job for you Meilin, or Rollan or Conner! The four fallen not me! I'm to clumsy. I-I'll mess everything up!"

"No you won't. You can do this." Shane said. "We'll go find Abeke and Tokoda and we'll all be together to look out for each other like team."

Tasha bit her lip, uncertain.

"I know it's a big task we ask if you but you were going to go anyway remember?" Meilin said reminding her.

"Yeah...but it didn't seem real. It seemed adventurous and exciting." She whispered.

"Well it's still and adventure." Conner offered.

"I guess." She said considering.

"And you won't be going alone." Shane said. "I'll be going with you."

"I would go too you know." Meilin said. "If I wasn't needed up here."

Tasha nodded but was quiet. For a long while they just walked in silence.

"Ok." Tasha said finally. "I'll go."

"Great." Meilin said. They were nearing camp. They could already see Rollan.

"Guys!" Rollan cried with relief. "Where were you?"

"Saving people." Meilin replied attending to his bandage again.

"Sure took a while." He grumbled.

"At least we got them back." She snapped.

Rollan didn't say anymore as Meilin undid and cleaned his bandage in a bowl from a half packed pack. Shane could see the wound where the arrow had punctured his leg. It was still pretty bad but wasn't bleeding as much.

"We should probably go now." Shane suggested.

"Where?" Rollan asked trying to get a peak at his leg, but Meilin blocked his view.

"Back underground." Tasha said glancing at him one last time. "I'm going with Shane. To find Abeke and Tokoda."

"Really?" Rollan said almost sounding hopeful.

"Yeah." Tasha replied sadly looking away.

"Come on." Shane said now at the edge of the hole. They didn't have time to catch Rollan up on everything. Meilin and Conner could do that, but he and Tasha had to go find Abeke as Tokoda as Tasha had said.

"Ok." Tasha said joining him at the edge and together they jumped into the near darkness of the cavern.
