Chapter 13: The Final Battles Part 4

Ben waved his hands and vines began to shoot at Brittany from every side. Brittany waved her hands, and the vines disappeared. "Let me help you Ben." Let me let you see your parents again," Brittany panted. "I will never let you help me pathetic girl!!" Ben shouted. Brittany brought a clean slice to his hand, but he blocked it at the last minute. Ben stabbed Brittany in the stomach, and she collapsed to the ground. Brittany groaned in pain, while Ben walked to her laughing with victory on his face. Brittany tried to stand up, but couldn't. Just as Ben was about to stab her for the last time, Brittany sliced Ben's necklace off. Ben grunted and fell to the ground. Brittany watched as Ben changed into a human being. Ben looked at Brittany with a worried look. "What have a done?" Brittany heard Ben say before passing out. 

Brittany woke u in a recovery room in a hospital. Sitting by her she saw Ben rubbing his hands together nervously. Ben hadn't seen that Brittany had woken up yet. He was looking at the ground when Brittany looked at him. "Hello," Brittany whispered weakly. Ben looked up from the ground, and saw Brittany smile at him. Ben smiled back,but then another worried expression crossed his face. Brittany looked down, and saw that she was very weak and had lost a lot of blood. "They are going to give you surgery," Ben said sadly. "I am so sorry for doing this to you my child," Ben said sadly. "It is okay, you were just really hurt," Brittany whispered. A nurse came in, and looked at Brittany. "You look better than you were when this kind gentleman brought you here," the nurse told Brittany. "You were the one who brought me here?" Brittany asked Ben. "Yes I am," Ben replied. "When I saw what I had done to you, I brought you here as fast as I could," Ben confessed. "You were the one who did this to her?" the nurse asked sternly. Ben had no idea the nurse was still in the room. Ben looked scared and did not respond. 

"Answer me please sir," the nurse said. "No his twin brother is the one who did it."I got confused because they are twins," Brittany quickly said. The nurse eyed Ben suspiciously, and then looked at Brittany. "Alright if you are sure miss," the nurse replied. "What do you need nurse?" Brittany asked. "I was sent in here to see how you were doing, but now I see my job is done," replied the nurse. The nurse left the room, and Ben looked at Brittany. "Why did you do that?" Ben asked. "Because you have no reason to go to jail," Brittany replied. "By the way, who gave you that necklace that I cut off of you?" Brittany asked. "A woman type creature gave it to me, and I think she was the one who was controlling me. Brittany was surprised to here this. Brittany wondered if the creature would come after her as well.
