I'm sure there are many different types of book cover makers on Wattpad. You can be sure of that. Just search up book covers in the search engine and many results will pop up.
However, Shruti_read is one of the best book cover makers on Wattpad. Visit her book Eternal Charms to see samples of her wonderful work.
You can request book covers, but please do not flood her with requests. Also, she has some pre-made covers. Please look through them and take them if you like them. Don't only request book covers.

Well, check out Fame Campaign by WingXin. This is a special competition/campaign where you don't get writing prompts. No way.
In this campaign, you can submit your books to WingXin by messaging her the title and genre of the book you plan to submit. Any type of books are allowed. As long as the book has at least one decent-length chapter, it is accepted.

Do you like science fiction or fantasy? Or something futuristic? Read CloeNolen's book Borderlines. It is a fantastic story where America has replaced all laws with old ones, like a hundred years ago.
The Kingdom, as it is now called, is split up into 8 sections, and two main parts, the East and West. The US now has a King and Queen. Their names are King Marcus and Queen Lily. The main character is eighteen-year-old Fawn Simmons. She is the overseer of Section 2. Each section has two overseers responsible of it.
When the King and Queen are killed in a fire during the night, Fawn is thrown into a competition with the other 15 overseers. A two week period is given to the overseers. They must fall in love with someone during this time and prepare themselves for the throne. Fawn has to find love. She has two weeks to change her life forever.
However, what if she doesn't want to fall in love?
