Sasuke x Pregnant!Reader

It's been a long 6 months.

You sighed, rubbing your swollen tummy. You're 6 months pregnant, and the father still has no idea. He's been away on his personal quest to get revenge.

You used to help him, but once you found out your nursing you went back to the Leaf Village. Sure, he'll think you betrayed him. But you wanted what's best for all three of you.

"(First/Name), how are you feeling?" Sakura asked, walking into your hospital room.

She knows who the father is. Only her.

You shrugged. "Sore. But it's not bad." You added quickly with a smile.

You didn't want her to keep hovering over you, but you accidentally let the baby daddy's name out and now she's keeping your biggest secret. It kills you, since you don't like her and all, but you have to put up with her. Plus she's a good doctor.

"Well here's your food and water, Lady Tsunade wants to speak with you after you're done eating." She said and left.

You sighed. The food she gives you is gag worthy. But apparently it's "great for the baby's health". You quickly choked back the food and made your way to her office.

"Yes Lady Tsunade?"

"(First/Name), I've decided to let you go home. Being cooped up in a hospital isn't healthy. Just come back for weekly checkups."

You smiled widely. "Thank you so much! Okay I will!" You said quickly, then quickly left to your house. As soon as you got in you fell asleep in your comfy warm bed.

"What happened to you?" A soft voice sighed.

Darkness filled your vision. You thought it was just a dream. Well, until you felt a pressure on your forehead.

"Sasuke she's asleep. Let's get out of here." Another deep voice said with no care.

Sasuke?

You're definitely dreaming.

"No, I came to see her and I'm gonna do just that." 'Sasuke' snapped.

"Alrighty boss. I'll be outside." Then footsteps followed and there was a slam.

"... s-sasuke?" You tiredly mumbled.

There was a pause of silence. Then a pressure was on your chest and stomach. You opened your eyes to see Sasuke hugging you, his face buried in your neck.
"Why did you leave me?"

It was your turn to fall silent. You hesitated, but gently removed his arms from around you. "Sasuke, let me up."

He was confused, but nonetheless he let you stand. When you did, his eyes got big.

"You're pregnant?" He whispered. His surprise then became anger and he punched your wall really hard making you flinch. "You left me for another guy?! Is that it?!"

You whimpered, backing away from him. "N-no... no, I didn't."

"Then explain that thing!" He shouted.

"Sasuke it's yours!" You shouted back, closing your eyes tightly. "I left because I didn't want to be a burden on you! I left because I didn't want to jeopardize your one goal in life! I left for you!"

After you finished shouting, you burst into tears. "I left because I love you.."

His expression softened. He didn't know how to comfort you or tell you everything was okay because he was now there. How could he?

"Just leave." You sobbed, turning away from him.

"How can I when I have a family that needs me?"

You froze when he said that. He came up to you and hugged you from behind. "I love you too. And I will protect you and my baby from anyone and anything."

"Mommy look!" Your 4 year old daughter giggled, running up to you..

You crouched to her level. "What is it Sarada?"

"It's a pretty flower! Do you think daddy will like it? Oooo there he is now! Daddy, daddy!" She called, running off.

You blinked, looking to where she ran and saw Sasuke lift up Sarada. They both laughed and Sasuke pecked her forehead.
