Chapter 9

Skylar’s POV

I finish washing all the shampoo out of my hair and wrap the towel around my body. I step out of the shower and the cold air wraps around my body. I grab my clothes that I put on the counter. Since I am going to a meeting with Simon Cowell I picked Hollister skinny jeans, a grey tank top, a plaid shirt to go over the tank top, and a pair of ash TOMS. I put my clothes on and I look in the mirror. My hair is still wet. I grab my hair dryer and do my hair.

After ten minutes my hair is blown dry and I straightened it, then I added some waves to add texture.

“You look beautiful” Harry says and I blush.

“Thanks Haz” I say as I give him a kiss on the cheek. I knew that Niall would be watching so I did not go for the lips.

“I see you're wearing plaid. I have a better idea. I will be right back” Harry says as he walks out of the room. “Here wear this.” Harry throws his plaid shirt at me. I take off my plaid shirt and put his on. It is so much softer than mine, and it smells like him which is a bonus.

“It smells like you” I say, then I giggle.

“Well it should smell like me, it is mine after all” He says as laughs along with me.

“Sky, Harry come on, we have to go now” Liam says from the other side of the bus.

“Coming” He says as he takes my hand and I look at the ground. “Really Sky, you are beautiful”. That only made me blush more.

It is only a ten minute drive to where the meeting is going to be held. We pull up to the hotel it is one of the best ones in Boston.

“Sky, come on Louis is getting impatient” Emma says as she is waiting outside the hotel holding Louis’s hand.

“Do you think he asked her to be his girlfriend yet?” I whisper to Harry.

“I thought he is still dating Eleanor… but I guess not” Harry whispers back.

“What are you two whispering about?” Niall asks with one eyebrow lifted.

“Nothing” I say as Harry and I walk into the hotel with the rest of the lads following us.

“Lads, Emma, Skylar. How have you been?” Simon says as he gestures to us to sit down. We all sit down around the table with Simon at the head.

“I have been good” I say as I look at Harry.

“So have I” Emma says as she looks at Louis.

“So Simon, what is this meeting about?” Zayn asks.

“Well we need to discuss Harry and Skylar’s relationship” Simon says and I am in shock. I look at Harry and he has the same expression on his face.

“How do did you know? We never announced it to anyone” Harry says.  

“You and Skylar have been seen by fans. It has been all over twitter for a day now. They want to know whether or not it is true. So before your next concert in New York I have set up and interview. Skylar you must be there” Simon says.

“That’s fine” I say but I just lied through my own teeth, I hate speaking in front of new people let alone people who are all over the country.

“That is great, it will be tomorrow morning on Good Morning America. You may go now” Simon says as we all get up and Harry wraps his arm around me.

“You alight Sky?” He asks.

“Yeah I’m fine” I say but I could tell that he knew it is a lie.

“Really Sky, please tell me” He says.

“Fine, I hate talking in front of new people, let alone the whole country” I say as I start to cry.

“HARRY EDWARD STYLES! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SISTER!?” Niall comes over yelling.

“I did nothing Niall, she just told me that she is scared for the interview!” Harry shouts back at Niall.

“Is that true Sky?” Niall asks me.

“Yes Ni, you know I don’t like to talk in front of new people, and I got scared so I started to cry, but I am alright now. Harry would do nothing to hurt me” I say as I kiss Harry on the cheek.

“Sorry about that mate” Niall says to Harry.

“It’s alright, I get that you are being protective” Harry replies.

“Come on lets go back to the hotel. We have a long day tomorrow” Louis says with Emma by his hips.

“Are you two dating yet?” I ask Emma.

“YES!!” Emma yells as she kisses Louis.

“Woah! When did this happen?” I ask.

“Last night” Louis replies.

“I am very happy for you Em, Louis will treat you well” I say as Harry puts his arm around my waist very protectivity.
