Chapter 44

Skylar’s POV

“I can’t believe we are in New York!” I say as we walk into our room for the next two days.

“I know this is so exciting, by the way I did tell you that you were not going to get sick on the plane” Emma says before she sticks her tongue out at me and I do the same back to her.

“What do you want to do? We have a while before any of the stores close. How about we go to the baby store that I wanted to go to?” I say as I put my bag on my bed.

“Sure that sounds good, just let me grab a sweatshirt” Emma replies as she opens her suitcase and I do the the same to get a sweatshirt as well.

“Alright lets go” I say as I put the sweatshirt over my head and put my iphone in my pocket. Then I walk over to the hotel room door and open it before I turn around to see Emma right behind me. We walk out of the room and into the elevator. We go down into the lobby before we walk out.

“Where is the baby store?” Emma asks as we start to walk to the left of the hotel.

“It is two blocks away” I say as we both continue walking.

“Sky what about this?” Emma asks as she holds up a onesie with the saying ‘Daddy’s Little Princess”.

“Em that is so true! We are getting that” I reply and Emma puts the onesie in the carriage.

“What about this?” I ask Emma as I hold up a purple dress.

“GET IT!” Emma shouts and I laugh before I throw the dress at her so she can put it in the carriage.

“Skylar?” I hear a little voice asks. I look down to a little girl with brown hair.

“Hi, and yeah I’m Skylar, who are you?”

“Rachel” the girl replies.

“What can I do for you Rachel?” I ask.

“Can I please have a picture and a autograph?” She asks and I smile at her.

“Of course” I reply and a woman who I think is her mum comes over with a camera. I bend down to get down on Rachel’s level. Her mum takes the picture and I stand up.

“Thank you so much Skylar. Say hi to Harry and the lads for me” Rachel says as I sign her shirt.

“I will, nice meeting you Rachel” I reply as her and her mum walk away.

“The fans just love you Skylar Horan” Emma says and I laugh.

Harry’s POV

“So Harry your girlfriend Skylar was seen today in New York, how is she feeling with the baby?” Lara Spencer asks from Good Morning America.

“She is doing great, we already have picked the name and we know it is going to be a girl, which Skylar and I are very happy about” I reply to Lara who smiles back at me.

“Skylar is your sister is that correct?” Lara asks as she looks at Niall.

“Yes she is my younger twin sister” Niall replies and I smile thinking about how much I love Skylar.

“How did you take the news of her being pregnant?”

“At first I wanted to kill Harry for doing that to my sister. After it sunk in and how much he loves my sister I could not think of a better person for Skylar to be with. When he wanted to date her I was not for that either but when I see how happy they are together I can’t keep the apart” Niall says and I smile at him. He does the same thing back at me.

“That is so sweet, how did the rest of you take it?”

“I was so excited about becoming and uncle. I still am right now. It is quite weird though having your girlfriend's best friend be pregnant and having her be with her. It is hard, but it will all be worth it when Baby Styles is born” Louis says and I smile. I love having my best friends talk about the love of my life and my child.

“I was actually shocked when Skylar and Harry broke the news. I knew it was going to happen at some point. I mean they could not keep their hands off each other. But like Niall said there is no denying their love for each other” Liam says.

“I was just happy for them. They love each other so there is nothing left for them to figure out” Zayn says.

“So Skylar was seen today by numerous fans of yours. Her and Emma were seen at Baby’s R Us today. They took many pictures with fans” Lara says as we look up at the screen. Sure enough Skylar is up there with a girl with brown hair.

“She tweeted ‘Just met @SkylarOfficial she was so sweet and nice! I can’t wait to see pictures of #BabyStyles when she is born’” Lara says and I smile. Skylar is so good with our fans. She loves them as much as we do.

“Thats our Skylar always loving with the fans” Liam says and we all laugh.

“She is so good with the fans. They love her, but there is always ones that don’t” Zayn says and I look at him. She has dealt with the hate so well. She will always tell me if there is something, plus she does not go on twitter that often so it is not a problem.

“How does she deal with the hate?” Lara asks.

“She always tells me or any of the lads about it. She does not keep anything from us” I say and Lara nods.

“Thank you lads for being here today” Lara says and we all say our thanks before we go off air.
