Chapter 26

Skylar’s POV

“How did it go?” Harry asks as I put my phone in my sweatpants pocket.

“It went well, but I think she is upset and not saying it” I reply and Harry takes a piece of my hair and moves it around my ear.

“While you on the phone I called a local doctor's office so you can get an ultrasound. Her name is Dr. Cole” Emma says and I look down at my flat stomach.

“Thanks Em, what time is the appointment?”

“An hour after we get to the arena” Emma replies and I walk away from Harry to give her a hug.

“Thank you for this Em, do you want to come with us?” I ask and her eyes light up.

“YES!” She screams then jumps and I laugh.

“Alright” I say as I sit down on the couch and pull my laptop out from the table. I open the lid to my desktop and I smile. The picture is when Harry and I first started dating.

“I love that picture too” Harry says as he sits down on the couch. I lift my head up and then put it on his lap. I pull up the internet and my online pictures from all of my camp year.

“Is that Emma?” Louis asks as I pull up a picture of Emma and I in front of our cabin when we were eleven.

“Yeah, we were eleven in that picture” I reply and Emma comes running from her and Louis’s bunk.

“You better not be showing pictures of us” She says as I turn my laptop so she can see the picture. She has long brown hair in a ponytail and is wearing her red UMASS t-shirt and jean shorts. I was wearing a yellow tank top with my hair also in a ponytail and jean shorts.

“Really Sky, look at us. You hair was brown in that picture” Emma says and I laugh.

“Yeah it was, remember the next summer I came to camp with blonde hair and you pushed me in the lake because you asked me if you saw me thinking I was a new camper” I reply before I stick out my tongue at her and she play punches me.

2 Hours Later

“Come on Em, we have to go” I call to Emma who is in the back of the bus.

“Alright I’m here, lets go” She says as we walk out of the bus doors.

“You girls and baby Styles ready to go?” Harry asks as he and Paul are standing by a black car.

“Yep” I say as I get in the car with Emma right behind me.

10 Minutes later

“We are here” Emma says and Paul parks the car and I get out on the right side and Emma on the left. I walk over to the front and Harry is out of the car. He takes my hand and kisses my nose.

“You ready to see our baby?” I ask him and he smiles.

“I’m more than ready” He replies. Emma, Harry and I walk into the doctors office. We check in and then walk over to the waiting room.

“I’m so nervous” I tell Harry and he gives my hand a squeeze.

“Don’t be, everything will be fine” Harry replies then kisses me on the lips.

“Skylar Horan” A doctor says and we get up from our seats to meet her.

“I’m Dr. Cole, please follow me” She says and we follow her to a back room. We walk in and I sit on the chair next to the monitor, Harry and Emma sit in the chairs next to me.

“Have you been feeling and nausea?”

“Yeah, I had some morning sickness a few hours ago” I reply as she gets the ultrasound ready.

“This is going to be cold” She says then puts blue gel on my flat stomach, then puts the wand on top of it. She moves it around for a little while and I look at the screen.

“Theres you baby, so far looks very healthy and growing normally” She says as she points with the other hand. Harry gets up from his seat and gives me a kiss.

“Can we have picture?” Emma asks.

“Of course I will be right back” Dr. Cole says as she walks out of the room.

“I can’t believe there is a baby in you right now” Harry says and I giggle.

“Its not really a baby now, looks more like a blob” I reply and we all laugh.

“Here are your pictures, however Emma since I spoke to you on the phone. You said that you are currently traveling?”

“Yes that is correct” Emma replies. Nice save Emma, it is a nice change to have people not know who Harry or I are.

“I don’t think Skylar should be traveling after four months, that could cause the baby damage” Dr. Cole says and I nod. I really do want to stay on tour with Harry but I also want to keep our baby safe.

“Thank you Dr. Cole” I say as I walk out the door with Harry following me.

“I will send these to Dr. O'Brien in Ireland” She says and I nod as we walk out of the door.
