Chapter 23

Emma’s POV

“Come on, we have been in this bunk far enough and I think that we should be stopping for gas soon” I say as move the curtain and step out of the bunk.

“How is she?” Harry asks me as I walk towards him. I turn around to find Skylar right behind me.

“I’m better than I was, but I still feel sick” Skylar replies as she sits down next to Harry.

“We will be stopping for gas in twenty minutes” Liam says as he puts his phone back in his pocket. Paul must have texted him.

“Finally I can stretch my legs” Louis says and Skylar laughs.

“I’m hungry what is there too eat?” Skylar asks as she gets up from the couch and heads to the kitchen area. I follow her and grab an apple.

“What do you want Sky?” I ask her after I take a bite out of my apple.

“I think I will just have an apple also” She replies as she takes an apple out of the box. We both walk back to the couch.

“Has Sky gained weight?” Liam whispers in my ear and I pull out my iphone. I pull up the notes application and write ‘I think so”.

“So how did you sleep Sky?” Niall asks his sister.

“It was fine, I’m still really tired though” Skylar says as she gets up once more to throw away the core of the apple. Then I feel the bus stop and I look out the window. We are at the gas station.

“Finally” Louis says very sassy and gets up from the couch and opens the door to the bus. I get up also and follow him out the door. I turn around to Skylar who is behind me.

“You ready to get some candy?” I ask her knowing that she knows what we are really going to get.

“Yeah I am” She replies as we walk into the gas station/drugstore.

“Hey Paul” I say and he hands me a brown bag, I know exactly what is in it. I continue walking to the back where the bathroom is. I hand Skylar the bag and she walks into the bathroom. Now all we have to do is wait.

Harry’s POV

“Where did Sky and Em go?” I ask Louis as I walk out from the tour bus.

“The last time I saw them, then ran into there” Louis replies as he points at the store. I walk in and I see Paul who is looking at some candy.

“Hey Paul, have you seen Skylar and Emma?”

“Yeah they went to the bathroom. If I were you I would not go and find them just yet. I think they want to have some girl time. By the way do you know what kind of candy Skylar likes. Emma asked me to pick some” Paul replies as I grab a pack of Sour Patch Kids, and Butterfingers. I had them to him and walk past him. I keep walking down the aisle till I see Emma waiting outside the bathroom.

“Harry what are you doing here?” Emma asks with a scared tone in her voice.

“I’m looking for Sky, I know that you have seen her. I just talked to Paul and I know that you two are inseparable” I say and she smile because she knows that it is true.

“Harry you can’t be here right now. Please just go back to the bus, we will meet you there” Emma says as she pushes me away from the bathroom.

“Its positive” I hear a faint voice that is coming from the bathroom. I know that it is Skylar.

“Please Harry, everything will be explained later” Emma says as she pushes me away once more. This time I walk away towards the bus. I walk out of the store door and Louis, Niall, and Liam are talking outside of the bus.

“Hey Harry, where is Sky and Em?” Louis asks as their conversation stops.  

“They are in the bathroom, I heard Skylar says ‘its positive’ what does that even mean?” I ask the lads and instantly Louis’s mouth drops.

“Seriously Harry you don’t know what the means?” Louis asks and I shake my head.

“Its basicly girl code for ‘I’m pregnant’. Think about it Harry. She is in the bathroom with her best friend outside the door and those words. Its really clear Harry” Louis says and I look at Niall who looks like he could kill someone.

“YOU GOT MY SISTER PREGNANT!” Niall shouts as he punches my face. I guess I deserved that.

“Niall it could be something else” Liam says, he is always the sensible one.

“Hey lads” Skylar says as he and Emma walk out of the store.

“Sky are you pregnant?” I ask her as I put my hands around her waist.

“Come on lads lets go on the bus. This is non od our business” Emma says as she takes Louis hands and leads him on the bus with Zayn then Liam following them.

“Come on Niall” Liam says and Niall loosens his fists, then walks on the bus.

“Is it true Sky?” I ask her and she looks down. I lift her chin up and kiss her forehead.

“Yeah its true, I’m so sorry. I get it if you want to break up with me” She says as she tries to break away from me.

“Sky, I’m not going to break up with you. I love you, and now you're having my child. I knew that I wanted a baby with you, this just speeds things up” I says as I give her a hug.

“It speeds it up a lot” Skylar replies and I put my hand on her flat stomach.

“I can’t wait” I say as I kiss her nose.
