Skylar’s POV

“Come on Harry we have to go, I know that your nervous but so am I” I call to Harry who is getting ready in my room.

“I’m not nervous” Harry replies from the top of the stairs with no pants on.

“You sure about that Haz? Look down” I reply and he does before he runs back into my room to get his pants I assume.

“Skylar do you want a bagel?” Emma asks from the kitchen. I walk over to see her and Louis toasting bagels.

“Sure” I reply and Louis hands me a plate with a butter bagel. I take it and sit down in a chair.

“Where is Harry?” Louis asks as I take a bite from my bagel.

“He is putting pants on, he forgot them” I reply and I feel arms around my bump. I turn my head to see Harry’s face before he kisses my forehead.

“Come on love, lets go find out if this baby if we have a son or a daughter” Harry says as he takes my hand and I put my bagel back on the plate before we walk to get my keys.

“Thanks for the bagel Em” I say to Emma as Harry and I walk out the door. We walk over to my car and Harry gets into the drivers seat, then I get in the passenger seat.

“Before we find out what do you think it is?” I ask Harry.

“I say boy” Harry says as he takes my hand.

“Well I say a girl” I say and he looks at me with a smile.

“How about we make a bet?” Harry asks.

“Sure, what kind of bet?”

“If it is a boy I get to pick out the theme for the nursery” Harry replies.

“And what if I win?” I ask with a smirk on my face.

“Well what do you want?” Harry asks and I think for a second.

“I want you to give me messages for a whole week” I say with a smile on my face.

“Deal” Harry replies and I lean over and give him a kiss on the cheek.

“Hi Dr. O’Brien” I say we walk into the room that I have become familiar with. I walk over to the table and lay down. I look over at Harry who is sitting in a chair next to me. I take his hand to try and help him calm down.

“Ok Skylar this is going to be cold” Dr. O’Brien says and I lift up my shirt then she puts the cold gel on.

“This is your baby” Dr. O’Brien says as she points to the screen and moves the monitor around a little bit on my stomach.

“Would you like to know the gender?”

“Yes” Harry and I say at the same time. Then Harry kisses my hand.

“You are having a baby girl, congratulations” Dr. O’Brien says and Harry gets up and kisses me.

“We have Lyric” I say and Harry smiles.

“Would you like pictures?”

“Yes please” I say as Dr. O’Brien gets up and walks out of the room.

“You get to massage me for a week” I say and Harry smiles and rolls his eyes.

“The things I do for you” He replies and we both laugh. I look down at my round stomach.

“Hey Lyric, your daddy and I love you” I say and Harry kisses my exposed skin. I look up and he is smiling. I pull down my shirt and give him a hug.
