Chapter 22

Skylar’s POV

“Ha Ha Ha very funny lads” I hear Harry say to the lads as he pulls me into his arms, he still thinks that I’m sleeping. He kisses my cheek and I giggle blowing my cover.

“I thought you were sleeping?” Harry asks and I giggle once again.

“You woke me up from your voice and the movement, plus I felt sick” I reply and Harry’s eyes are full of concern.

“What does not feel right?” He asks me and I put my hand on my stomach.

“My stomach, I don’t know I woke up and I felt nauseous” I reply as the feeling comes back. I jump over Harry and run into the bus bathroom, where I throw up my breakfast. Once I’m done I stand back up and turn around to find Harry who is looking at me the same as he did when I told him I was not feeling well.

“Are you feeling better?” He asks and I push him out of the way and step back onto the bunk. I close the curtain leaving Harry on the other side. I put my head on the pillow and look out of the window.    

Harry’s POV

“What’s wrong?, I thought I head Skylar throwing up” Niall asks as I walk back over to the living space where the lads and Emma are still sitting.

“Yeah she did throw up, then she went back to the bunk and closed the curtain” I reply as I sit down next to Liam.

“She never gets sick, something is up” Emma says and Niall nods.

“That is true, Skylar has never thrown up in at least six years, something is up” Niall adds to what Emma said. I look back at Emma who looks like she is texting someone.

Emma’s POV

After Niall replies I take put my phone, I need to text Paul. She never gets sick, this could only mean one of two things, one she is pregnant, or she is really sick.

To Paul:

Can I ask you to do a favor for me and Skylar?

From Paul:

Sure anything

To Paul:

I need to you pick up a pregnancy test

From Paul:

Alright, I don’t even want to know what is going on. At the next time we stop and get gas I will get one or three. We should get some in about two hours.

To Paul:

Thanks Paul :)

I lock my phone and put it on the table.

“Who was that?” Louis asks me.

“Just my mum asking how I’m doing” I lie to Louis who seems to buy it. I can’t tell him what I think is going on with Skylar. I will wait to see if she is or not.

“Harry do you have any idea what is going on?” Niall asks him and Harry shakes his head. He is clearly nervous and worried about Skylar... wow sometimes boys can be so stupid.

“I’m going to go check on her” I say as I get up from Louis’s lap and walk over to her bunk. I open the curtains to find her looking out of the window.

“Hey Sky” I say as I get into the bunk with her and I don’t get a reply from her.

“I know that you never get sick. This must be a scary time for you and I get that. I already texted Paul. I remember what you said when we went to Starbucks about you and Harry. I know that you don’t want to think that you are, but you could be” I say not saying that she could be pregnant. I don’t want the lads to know about this yet.

“I don’t even know what to think anymore Em. I’m so lost. Harry and I only did it once, we were so careful. I’m not ready to be a mum” Skylar finally replies as she turns her body around to look at me.

“I know Sky, but if you are I know that Harry will support you 100% and I will not let you get an abortion. I already love this baby if there is one” I reply and she smiles.

“Thanks Em” Skylar replies and I smile.

“Anything for my best friend” I reply as I hug her.
