THE NEXT ADVENTURE: Chapter 19

I quickly shot up in a tree and watched as they began walking and talking to one another. "Cap'n, don't you think you should be worryin' about, Pan?" Asked the pirate.
"I have the crew to take care of him," Hook said sending chills down my back.
"You know, Cap'n, I may feel as if you're foolin' ye self."
"Bite your tongue, Kitch...I got around quite alot back in London, believe it or not." What kind of name was Kitch...German? "And I had a brother too. Only God knows what happened to that fool," Hook sighed, "He may just be dead." Hook was in London before? And had a brother?
"Tragic that'd be, Cap'n, just tragic."
"Tragic? Reasonable, Kitch, just reasonable." Kitch looked puzzled, his stuffed stomach imprinting his blouse and jacket.
"Such a harsh thing to say, Cap'n." Hook suddenly grinned.
"Don't you know brute, I am a harsh person...but, it was reasonable because he chose to stay in London when I had my chance at being young forever with Tinkerbell by my side. Foolish fairy, and she thought even Neverland can keep these dreadful wrinkles from forming on my face..."

My stomach had clenched with fear of betrayal. What did Tink have to do with Hook? In the depths of my desires, I wanted so deeply to attack Hook at this moment for lying, but was he really lying? But why would he lie? My heart started to pound. Did he know I was listening? No, that was impossible...even if he did, he wouldn't know what I had to do with Peter Pan's rescue. "Cap'n? May I ask..."
"Go on," Hook urged.
"Could this descendant be a native?" Hook's eyes widened with wonder. What descendant?
"Then I suppose I'd have to befriend such disgusting beings." I suddenly felt anger. Indians arn't disgusting. Pirates are disgusting!
"What would you give him, if your son heard you talk like that, and he was an Indian?" What son!? I felt a little bit of frustration.
"Because this descendant has dark hair and brown eyes doesn't mean he is an Indian. Maybe there's a chance he isn't."
"How can you be so hopeful, Cap'n? After all, the only British boy we know of here is Peter Pan, and he's absolutely horrid."
"How can you can be so naive, Kitch? Ever think that anything is possible? And those dirty red faces that had come in and taken Pan from me, suppose one of them might have been this descendant? Or Pan--oh, just the thought tickles at me," Hook was blushing and smiling like a fool. Never have I even heard of or seen Hook so cheerful.
"Cap'n, the heart in you is showing," Kitch said. "But, if it were Pan, how could you explain the eyes and hair?"
"I suppose he could have convinced Tink to change them?" Kitch took a moment to think then mentally approving then nodding after caressing his gray thick beard.
"The way you have all the answers, Cap'n...makes a true cap'n," Kitch said in smiling. Hook smiled feeling pleased with himself and slapped Kitch on the back happily.
"Smee would have never said that," Hook said with a laugh. Kitch laughed back and they turned, disappearing off into another part of the forest.

I flew away from the main island in disgust and question. If Tink had lied to me, or anyone, I was not going to forgive her so easy. And if Hook had some sort of descendant in Neverland, how'd he find out? But that's not all...if I had an uncle that my mother never told me about, could it be Hook? Or...if possibly...even though I hated the thought, could Hook be my father?
