THE NEXT ADVENTURE: Chapter 25--Robin's P.O.V.

I shook Wendy's sleeping arm. It surprised me she slept in her own room rather then in Peter's with him. If I would get her awake, I wanted to ask about that but knew it was probably none of my business.

"Wendy," I whispered, shaking her. She mumbled a little then turned over and opened her sleepy eyes.

"Robin," She jumped and sat up rubbing her eyes. I backed off a little.

"It's a bit late. The lost boys already had their lunch," I admitted. Her blue and bloodshot eyes widened in surprise.

"Oh my--Did Tinkerbell give Peter his medicine?"

"No, he refused to take it."

"Why--how long has he been up?" She asked.

"A while, but Tink wanted me to wake you up--sorry if you didn't want to be woken--"

"Oh no--it's quite alright, say--" She quickly stood up and smoothed out her nightgown, "I should be getting off to Peter's room." I nodded.

"Sounds like a good idea...and give him the medicine?" I questioned.

"If he'll let me," she said.

"While you're in there...can you thank him for me? The fog..." I pointed out the window, "It's cleared up." Wendy nodded.

"Coarse--did he eat yet?" She asked.

"Not that I know of. But Tink has laid some food out for you two." Wendy nodded again.

"Alright..." She started walking out the door.

"Something else," I began. Wendy stopped and turned to me from her doorway, "I'll be heading back to the main island..."

"Okay, be careful." I smiled reassuring Wendy.

"I will."

With a smile, she finally left.

Entering Peter's doorway, I stopped when I saw he was laying on his side on the bed and staring out the window as if in thought. I hesitated with his plate of food but finally pushed past the awkwardness and headed over. "Morning, Peter," I said--even though it wasn't morning--and laid his food down on the table close by.

He sat up with his body in front of mine as I reached and grabbed his medicine. Not looking at me but instead, at his knees, he spoke up. "Even though it's just a little past morning." My cheeks flushed in embarrassment but I just thought of something else to say as I gave him the medicine filled flower.

"Robin told me to thank you," I changed the subject. After relaxing his face muscles from disgust, Peter took a quick drink of the water on his table then responded.

"For what?" He then met my eyes at this question. I felt slightly awkward knowing my hair must've been a mess but managed to move on, for Peter's hair was a bit messy as well.

"Just about the advice you gave him...about the fog," I said a little insecure.

"Actually, I gave him that advice two days ago...the fogs been cleared." I suddenly realized how right Peter was.

"I guess we got busy yesterday..." I defended.

"You went to see the Rainbowfall warriors." Remembering how much I wanted to confront Peter for not telling me about the Rainbowfall warriors, I spoke up.
