THE NEXT ADVENTURE: Chapter 22-Wendy's P.O.V. (finally)

The next morning, I poured Peter's medicine in a flower and was now handing it to him. He smiled and took the dose still disgusted with it's taste. "You know, Wendy? I think this medicine is working...my ribs don't hurt anymore and I feel like I can run," Peter said with again, another smile.

"Well that's lovely, Peter," I responded. He then took my hands in his and stood up. Looking down on me, he suddenly looked hopeful. I felt slightly worried.

"Wendy, I feel like you deserve more then me."

"How can you say such things, Peter. You're perfect." He blushed and smiled.

"I wish things could be like they were before," he mumbled.

"They will," I reassured him. He pulled me into a tight loving hug just then. It was how strong he held me that gave me hope that he was getting healthier.

"You make everything better," he mumbled. I blushed madly with a smile and rested against him.

"You do too, Peter," I answered honestly, feeling that special feeling again.

Peter released me gently then looked unsure. "What is it?" I asked.

"Tinkerbell," he breathed.

"You should talk to her," I suggested.

"No...it's not that." Looking at him confused, he looked to the side a moment before meeting my eyes again. "Do you think she's starting to like Robin better then me?" I busted out laughing.

"Why would you think such things Peter?"

"Well, I don't know, she just seems closer to Robin..."

"You should talk to her," I said determined.

"I might just do that," he said.

"Alright!" Peter and I stopped and looked towards the door at what sounded like Robin's voice in the main room. The two of us then exited Peter's doorway and found all the lost boys to be getting up and ready to listen to Robin. He had his hands slapped together and he stood in front of the tree house door as if he had just entered not too long ago. His golden brown eyes met my own just then and he perked a little. "Oh good! You two are awake. I was just about to go over somethings with the lost boys." I gave him a little smile.

"Where's Tinkerbell?" Peter asked like he was demanding an answer before Robin said anything else. Tink flew in just seconds later next to Robin's head. He looked at her then back at Peter.

"Just right here," Robin said. Peter--without waiting--walked over and picked Tinkerbell back by her wings then went outside. I could tell Robin wanted to say something but held back and looked at me confused. "Is there..."

"He just wants to talk to her," I said.

"Is he mad at her about something?"

"Oh no...definitely not." Robin nodded a little more relaxed.

"Well that's good." I nodded. "Anyways, boys," Robin started looking at the lost boys and slapping his hands together again. "Some Rainbowfall warriors have agreed to help train you guys today." I went up and touched Robin's arm to get his attention.

"Rainbowfall warriors?" I questioned.

"They're another tribe on another island," he assured me. I nodded quickly and backed off. The lost boys had grown excited. "And you too, Wendy...if you want help on your bow and arrow skills," Robin added. I nodded.

"Say...are they Indians?" I questioned because Robin only said they were a tribe. He looked slightly unsure--rubbing his palms together--I'd like what he was about to say but with a smile on his face.
