"Does your mom know I stayed over last night?" I asked Ariana sitting up in bed and putting my hood over my head because I was cold. She was on her computer because she was up earlier than I was. She turned to face me, "No I don't think so. Maybe I should go tell her?" She said smiling and then going to shut her computer. I took the nearest pillow and chucked it at her when she wasn't looking.
It took her so off guard she almost fell off the chair she was sitting on. "Yeah I think you should go tell her." I said laughing so hard that my eyes started to tear up. She really almost fell off and the look on her face was priceless. I scared the crap out of her. She turned to me and glared at me. "I'll get you back Bowens!" She said before getting up and leaving the room.
While she left I checked my phone to see if Bella had texted me wondering where I had been, but she never did. Ariana came back in right after that taking no time at all. "She was sleeping and I told her then. She mumbled something but I'm assuming she's okay with it." She said shrugging her shoulders.
I put my phone down when Ariana came over by me and sat down crisscrossed on her bed. We didn't say anything for a few moments, so I leaned over to my side toward her and let gravity do it's business. I leaned over far so that I fell on her legs and I just stayed there like I couldn't move. She laughed and I didn't even bother getting up. "Hunter what are you doing?" She questioned me. I smiled but she couldn't see, "I'm so tired." was all I said. "Well we have to go meet Tom!" she said taking the hood off of my head.
I sat up, but a little too quickly because I got really dizzy and I couldn't see for a second. "Oh yeah I forgot about Tom." I said holding my head hoping the dizziness would stop. I got up off the bed and changed right in front of her not caring at all. I noticed that she looked at me and then when I looked up at her after putting my pants on, she quickly looked away.
"I'm- I'm going to go change in the bathroom." Ariana said stuttering, and then picking up clothes and going into the bathroom. I laughed at her reaction. She's never stuttered before, it was so cute. While she was in the bathroom I threw on a shirt and then waited downstairs for her to be ready.
I heard the stairs creek as someone was walking down them, and I looked in that direction waiting for Ariana to come down. I was thinking about taking her out to breakfast before we went to go see Tom. "Ready?" I asked as she came down the steps.
I think I spoke too soon. "Oh uh, hi Ms. Lovalo." I said sitting up on the couch. She came down like she just woke up, in her robe and all. "Oh good morning Hunter!" She said warmly smiling and then heading for the kitchen. Ariana came down right after and then looked in her mom's direction. "Well if she didn't know you were here before, now she does!" She said smiling and I rolled my eyes and got up following her outside.
"Can we walk today? It's so beautiful out!" She said looking up into the sky but then shielding them from the sun. She tends to do that a lot. I shrugged my shoulders and we started walking into town. "What if a group of fan girls comes and takes you down and then drags you into the distance? I couldn't do much about that." I said as we walked. I knew that couldn't happen, but it was funny in my head.
She started laughing hysterically and it made me smile. Ariana intertwined her arm with mine and we walked side by side past people walking also and cars that were driving smoothly since there was no traffic. A few people rolled down their windows and took pictures as Ariana and I were walking. We waved but then tried not to obtain too much attention. I really didn't want people all over me today.
"Would you like to stop at Dunkin Donuts for um you know, donuts?" I asked leading her into the store. She could have said no but I was at least getting something. "I'll just take a tea." She told the worker, "I'll have a coffee, please." The worker went and got the things we ordered and we were on our way now walking to Tom's.
