Small shards of glass still laid strewed over the road from the impact. Car wheels still set a blaze creating an awful stench. Firemen, Policemen and Nurses were called to the scene 10 minutes after the accident had occurred.

"Officer Willis, what happened here?" The chief of Toronto's Police force, Officer Smith, asked one of his workers.

"New Years accident. A drunken truck driver skipped a red light, crashing into the Range Rover although, he was too out of it to use breaks. Causing the car to continue to roll down the street, with the ice making it easier," Officer Willis sadly explained. This happened every year on New Years Day.

"Any one killed?" Officer Smith asked, needing to know the details before visiting the families.

"The truck driver died on sight although paramedics aren't sure whether it was because of the impact of by the fact that he was medicated," Officer Willis gave Officer Smith the report on the accident he had written up.

"What about the other victims?" Officer Smith asked, scanning through the Police report.

"The driver and passenger were fine, they're airbags ejected in time although we're still waiting on an update about the two back seat passengers. One of the air bags popped on impact," Officer Willis shook his head, knowing today was going to be one of the hardest of the New Year.

"Where are they now?" Officer Smith asked as he took in the information.

"They're all being treated in the Hospital about an hour outside of the city. The families are already there but are asking questions on how this all occurred," Officer Willis explained as both Police Officers then began to make there way back to their car.

"Right then lets go," Officer Smith nodded and sat in the drivers seat of his vehicle.

The accident had attracted News Casts, photographers and many standers by who were eagerly wanting to know what had happened. The road had been closed off creating more of a fuss but it could not have been helped.

This New Years was like any other except, they had never had someone die on sight. Usually the accidents were never this big but they always involved a drunk driver. Still people don't understand the importance of not drinking and driving...

Both families were impatiently waiting for news of what had happened. Jason and Sav were snuggled up closely to each other on one bed, trying to comfort each other. Jason was still trying to piece together everything that had happened. He was the driver so, he felt some what responsible for the whole thing.

Whereas Sav was just hoping and praying that her friends would be ok. Justin hadn't woken up yet. He was still linked up to the machines, keeping his heart rate on check. The airbag had at least ejected making the accident less painful but... There was still one person.

Bella's mother and father sat around her bed crying hopelessly at the sight of their pale daughter. Her airbag had popped causing her more pain then any of the others. Her body was rattled around the car like a toy, thankfully her seatbelt kept her in position but her head was the main thing.

Since there was no airbag, there was nothing for Isabella's head to comfort the impact. Her head had been knocked against the headrest, window, interior and even the concrete ground. Her body was covered in scratches from the shards of glass, just like everybody else's.

She had an IV drip hooked up to her arm and a large bandaid wrapped around her head and hands. Once she was brought into the hospital, she was taken straight to surgery where doctors began to fix her.

She was breathing on her own but was not responding to anyone making many doctors unsure of her future. She was breathing and had a steady heart beat and yet, she wasn't waking up.
