Chapter 13: Christmas Eve Part 2

Walking down the large staircase and heading for all the people who had arrived seemed different to me although, I knew the reason why. I had my girl with me. I had the one I loved and cherished more then anything in the world right by my side looking like a perfect angel. She is everything to me.

"Is Annie coming with Ryan?" She asked as we stepped from the last step and headed for the large living room. The whole house had been transformed into a Christmas Wonderland and had been since December 12th. There were lights around the outline of the house and the Christmas Tree was magnificent.

"Yeah, so is Chaz and Liam," I nodded and opened the door to the living room. The talking had gotten much louder and clinks of glasses were heard all round.

"I haven't seen her in ages, I can't wait to see how she's doing!" Bella gushed as we began to nod and wave to people who acknowledged us.

"Justin, how are you?" Mitch stood in my way with his wife Cindy.

"I'm great Mitch, it's good to see you Cindy," I gave Mitch a 'bro hug' and Cindy a short hug.

"This is Bella, my girlfriend," I brought Bella up so she stood slightly in front of me. She had seen Mitch and Steve before because she had come to some games but she hadn't properly met them.

"So this is the great Isabella! This guy never stops talking about you," Mitch brought her into a hug and pecked her cheek.

"She is definitely a beauty," Cindy commented and pecked Bella's now rosy red cheeks.

"Thank you, it's great meeting you and well done for the season Mitch. Hopefully January will be better," Bella spoke slightly quietly but I knew it was because she was nervous although, it's better then her stuttering. She barely ever stutters and it brings such a smile to my face to know that.

"I just think it was because we were getting close to the end of the year to be honest although, you can now join the mini cheerleader squad we have," Mitch nudged Bella and then nodded to Cindy.

"Yes Bella! Myself and Clara need more then 2 people!" Cindy laughed and Bella giggled agreeing.

The conversation went on like that, talking about work and then talking about Bella's shop and more. It was great for Bella to formally meet Mitch and although I was hoping to see Steve, he had children so I suspect he was spending tonight with them.

"Bella!" Bella and I turned around from the small bar we had set up to see Annie now practically rushing through the crowd towards us. Bella put down her glass of white wine and turned to hug Annie.

"Annie! It's been too long!" I heard Bella mumble. They had created a strong relationship through Camp and even though Savanna is here just as much as Bella, it's different because Annie is with Ryan and Ryan has his own place in the next town.

"Justin, man," I heard Ryan's voice. I turned to see him in a suit walking towards me. I too placed my beer down and we did a 'bro hug' knowing it's been a while since we had seen each other.

"Ryan, how have you been?" I asked as we pulled away, I handed him a beer as we began to talk.

"Busy but it's been great. Annie and I moved in together," He smiled towards Annie and then a small squeal was heard. I'm guessing Annie told Bella.

"That's great dude, how long?" I asked excited for him. He's always wanted a girl and throughout High School he would always have a long term girlfriend although, it ended as soon as Jenna came into the equation.

"About 1 week now. It's honestly great man, waking up everyday to her. It's something you can't replace," He cheesed and I chuckled lightly although, I wanted that feeling.
