Chapter 40: Liam

Justin

“Lets go Mane.” I cooed down to him as we exited the apartment building. I had exactly 2 hours to sort this shit out, and boy was I excited. 

“Jason, meet me outside Tim Hortons in town now.” I quickly hung up and began the walk. I know I told Bella I wouldn’t but, I couldn’t just let him get away with this. Plus, involving the police means that the public will find out, which means Chaz and Jason will be let down due to their involvement with Liam and the business. I was prepared for them to go down with scum like that.

“Justin, what is it! You’ve had me scared shitless.” Jason breathed out next to me as I had just got to Hortons. He looked like he just go out of bed.

“We need to sit down and talk about Liam.” I said calmly and pulling out a chair and taking a seat outside. Mane lied down by my feet as Jason cautiously sat down.

“What’s happened?” Jason asked.

“Yesterday he stabbed Bella.” I got straight to it, I didn’t have time to beat around the bush.

“What?!” He yelled, Mane lifted his head but set it back down.

“Why the fuck did he do that? Please tell me it was an accident.” Jason’s eyes were horrified but I didn’t want him feeling pity for Liam. 

“He’s been in love with Bella for a while. Maria is Bella. And yesterday he forcefully kissed her. She pushed him away and as she tried to run towards me, he stabbed her. Now I need to know how much involvement he has with your business.” I explained.

“Justin hold on, let me comprehend everything. How do you know he’s in love with her?” Jason questioned, leaning forward.

“It doesn’t matter about that. I need to know that he will be able to sign over his share of your company to you and Chaz. Now give me the answer.” I snapped. I didn’t have time for this.

“Yes, he’d just need to agree to it and sign a contract saying he doesn’t want to be part of it anymore. But Justin, I don’t get why you’re asking.” Jason was confused but I knew what I had planned.

“I know it’s a big ask but please can you have yours and Chaz’s lawyer write up the contract. Then email it to Liam before 11AM?” Liam had no idea what he had coming.

“Of course but Justin, he’s stabbed Bella. The police need to be involved. Its serious.” Jason warned me but I stood up, with Mane, ready to now face the bastard.

“And they will be, but not whilst you and Chaz are linked to him. I’ll call you later. And don’t say anything about Bella to anyone. We’ll be the ones explaining. Thank you.” With that I was off, off to face the fucking rat himself.

I reached Liam’s apartment building within 20 minutes. Mane was looking tired and I felt bad I was dragging him with me but, he needed a good walk. 

Going up in the lift to the oh so familiar floor I was beginning to to realize just how serious everything was. He stabbed her. Bella. My Bella. The girl he’s supposedly in love with. Fucking savage. I hope he rots.

Once the lift dinged open, I stormed down to his door, covering the peep hole and banging on the door three times. Mane was looking around, seemingly calm but as soon as the door clicked open I shoved Liam back in and dropped Mane’s lead, needing two hands for this.

“What the fuck is going on.” Liam spat out tiredly as I pushed him up against his door.

“Weren’t you expecting me? Or were you going to hide out and wait till my girl was alone again before you made your move?” I sneered, keeping a tight grip on his collared shirt.
