Chapter 16: Party!

"Are you sure it's ok Pattie? I can always ask my neighbor," Bella said as we approached the front door, Mane snuggled in Bella's grasp.

"Bella, we already have Niko so it won't be any different now go and have fun, I'll see you soon," My mom took Mane, with struggle, from Bella's grip and wished us a safe drive.

Today was the day we were driving to Toronto to Jason, Chaz and Liam's club for New Years. Ryan and Annie were going to be there too. We were going to drive to Toronto with Savannah and Jason and meet them all at the hotel.

It was only 1 in the afternoon now and we had packed the car with little luggage since we weren't staying there for long. All we needed now was to get in Jason's car but... Bella didn't really want to say goodbye to Mane.

"Baby, we'll be back tomorrow," I chuckled and wrapped my arms around her as we walked to Jason's car.

"I don't care, I'm still going to miss my baby," She pouted and looked back to the house. Bella and Mane had both grown extremely close over the past couple of days and it was adorable to see them both asleep on the couch one evening but tonight was a night for partying and I had my mind set on everyone having a good time.

"Jason, I can drive if you want," I offered as I opened the back door for Bella to climb in. We were all going to the same place so it was easier just to take one car so we chose Jason's seeing as it fit us all.

"You aren't getting your hands on my baby," He shook his head and climbed into the drivers seat. I shook my head and climbed into the back with Bella.

The past few days had been so relaxing and chill. Grandma and Grandpa left yesterday as they had a New Years Eve party of their own to attend. It had been slightly awkward knowing my whole family had heard Bella and I but what did they really expect? I'm a grown man with a beautiful girlfriend...

"How long is the drive?" Savannah asked from up front as we turned out of the drive way and began to make our way towards the main road.

"About 2 hours," Jason explained and took her hand in his, kissing her knuckles.

"It's so cold in here! Can we put on some more heat?" Bella shivered and curled up closer to my body, well as close as the seat belts would let us. She was dressed warmly in a fluffy sweater with some jeans and wearing some 'fuck me' thigh high heels.

"Yeah, Jason turn the heat up," Sav agreed and Jason turned the heater up, having the cars temperature quite hot.

"Baby you're still shivering," I commented worried that she was going to get ill.

"I'll be fine when the heat settles," She mumbled, nuzzling her head into my chest more trying to find a more comfortable place but I still wasn't settled with her answer.

"Yo Jason, lets go to Tim Hortons for a drink before we hit the main roads," I spoke up as I saw the town centre in the distance.

"Bro, we haven't got all day to spend in there," Jason replied.

"Jason just get us some fucking drinks," Sav replied as she brought her blanket closer to her body, obviously feeling cold too. I looked to Jason through the rear view mirror to see him now timidly nodding. I chuckled which caught his attention and earned me a hard glare.

After we stopped and got some drinks we were back on the road mostly listening to the radio and having small conversations. Tonight was going to be a good night, I was determined. I wanted Bella to enjoy herself and not have any fucking drama follow us.

Every time we've been at a club we have drama but this evening is going to be different. I'm going to spend it with my girlfriend and our friends and as the clock strikes midnight, I'm going to do something I've never done then I'm going to kiss her like never before... I'm going to tell her she's mine and that she is the only one and we are going to enjoy ourselves tonight...
