Petra's POV
~Day of the Battle~

I was in the pack house, talking with Aatu. We had just closed the training session. This time with weapons of different sorts. And how to turn a regular object, such as a mop, into a weapon.

Now we were going through a list of houses within the pack woods. There were very few, and we came across the largest one. "Hmm... I like that one." I say as we look through the multiple rooms and such. Aatu smiles, "Yeah. It's a good place to raise a family in..." He smiles. I arch an eyebrow and look at him. "Since when did I mention pups?" I ask. Aatu shrugs and we keeps looking through the house. "It looks like a cabin. A very large and cozy cabin." I say. I liked the rustic feel of it, and having a touch of the modern feel was just amazing.

Two words: Dream. House.

Aatu smiles, "We'll go with this one hmm?" He asked. I nodded, "Yeah. Let's check it out before we buy though." I say. Aatu nods and suddenly Cole bursts into the room. "They're here." He says.

Soon Aatu goes back into his Alpha mode. "Get all the she-wolves that can't fight, the children, everyone that can't fight, and the Elders in the bunker. Tell everyone else to stay in the pack house." Aatu says. "We'll be spraying them with wolfsbain reppellent." He says and Cole nods and runs off with a worried expression. Aatu and I shared a worried glance.

We were still in our training clothes, lucky us... yay...

We gave a small nod to each other and ran into the kitchen. I grabbed a large knife, and amAatu grabs a... gun? Where did that come from?

I don't question it and we head downstairs. Evryone who can fight is in their positions. I've taught everyone all there is aboyt werecats, since Aatu says Draco might end up recruting werecats too.

Vesta's in the line of warriors as well. I've been training her too.

Hopefully the battle training I gave her pays off. Kassana's here as well. She used to be a warrior, so she knows some stuff.

We waited there. Some of us had weapons. I noticed one had a broom and another had a lamp. I chuckled at their rescources.

Then I saw him.

A tall, yet skinny man that looked emo walked to the front door. He has black and red hair, and has a few piercings. By his side is Poppy and Sofia.

"Traitor." Vesta and Kassana hiss from behind Aatu and I. Then I see Jason walk up to stand in line with Draco.

My eyes turn sad as I look at him. "Jason..." I mutter. "I'm sorry." Jason whispers.

Draco lets out an evil laugh, "I hope you're ready to loose." He says. "Aatu can't protect you forever, Petra. Soon, he'll go down. And his pack too." Draco laughs again. I narrow my eyes and growl at him.

Aatu snarls a challenge. "We'll be the winners of this, Draco." He hisses. "Hmph. As if!" Poppy says. Draco smirks. "Fine. If he wants a fight, we'll give him a fight." Draco says.

Then he leaps at Aatu, shifting halfway. Aatu meets him in the middle, shifting. He drops his gun. I grab the gun, and look around. Wolves explode into the pack house, attacking. I load the gun and point it at a jaguar. He looks at me with a snarl. I pull the trigger and bam he's dead.

I keep pulling the trigger on cats, and not wolves then I run out of amo. I drop the gun, it's useless now. And I grab my knife. I shift into Isa and hold the knife in my jaws. Then I spot Jason. I stalk over to him with an angry look.

You're a terrible brother. I mind-link him. At least I warned you to run, Petra. He hisses. I throw the knife to the side to where I can talk.

I hiss at him, "All I remember is you getting attacked! I thought you were dead! I thought that if you were not dead that you still cared about your sister!" I hiss, tears threatening to spill. "But I was wrong." I hiss. "You didn't care about me! You left us! You didn't call me or mind-link me for... what? Eleven years?" I yell.

He narrows his eyes. "I'm your brother! Of course I care about you! But I couldn't care any less about Aatu!" He hisses. "His pack kept me locked up for years! When Draco came and took me with him I looked up to him. I threw away family, love, relationships because they were shit! It was shit to me, Petra!" He hisses. I snarl, "So I was shit to you?!"

"Yes Petra. Yes you were." He snarls. I narrow my eyes. "You're not my brother." I say. "I can't beleive I had faith in our brother sister relationship! But I was wrong. Dead wrong. You only care for yourself. You were the last family I had ever looked up to Jason. And if I'm shit to you then I'm sorry. You can go back to your shitty make shift pack because everything is messed up! You don't understand how it is to not be cared of my your mother! Mom adored you, but she barely noticed me until I was sixteen. Sixteen, Jason." I hiss.

Then I jump on top of him, claws unsheathed. We're both in tiger form. I turn my head to dodge a blow. And I plant my paw on his face. He snarls angrily. I place another paw on his belly, I want to claw through it. My teeth are inches away from his neck.

But I can't kill him. I get off him and turn and dart off to help Vesta with two wolves. I attack them from behind, Vesta attacks one of them and soon they're just limp on the floor.

I smile at Vesta and we turn. That's when I hear a howl that sound's like Aatu's.

I turn my head to see Aatu in the jaws of Draco. Draco's about to crush Aatu's scull open with his jaws.

I cry a roar and barrel over to them.
