Chapter 14- "Dominance and Ships"

It's been maybe two days since Aatu's gone out on his little patrol, and Vesta going and getting junk food. I told myself not to worry about Aatu, that he would be okay. But my Zara worried, which caught on to make Isa worry, and finally my cat and wolf's worry made me worry. Not only that, butI worried myself about my worrying.

But I'd put it all aside to give Vesta her second training lesson.

She was hopping around the room, changing in and out of wolf form and back to human form. How does she shift so fast? Zara asked. I shook my head Only God knows, Zara. I told her, I watched Vesta for a moment. "Vesta!" I shouted, Vesta stopped and looked at me in her wolf form, head tilted. "Shift." I told her. Vesta shifted, then began to shift in and out of forms around the room again. I groaned. "This is clearly going to go no where." I muttered.

"What's going no where?" A deep voice asked. "This training lesson! The girl can't even stay in position for a minute!" I huffed. "Hey, you're the one that wanted her in the pack." The person said. "I know but- wait a second..." I turned my head and jumped up, half in fright, half in joy. Aatu smiled, I jumped into his arms and wrapped my arms around his neck. "I missed you!" I said. "I missed you too." Aatu said.

Eww! We're hugging the wolf! Isa yowled in disgust. Hey! Zara barked, offended. I smiled inwardly at their little chat.

"Awwe! Lovey dovies!" vesta said behind me. 

That's when I realized what I was doing. I blinked, and jumped off of Aatu, and turned and crossed my arms. "So. Why are you back to early?" I asked. Aatu blinked, "Uh... we were attacked... and.... we also need food." Aatu said. I raised an eyebrow and looked at him. "Seriously? Don't you know how to hunt?" I asked. "Yeah... But..." Aatu scratched his head. "You don't like the taste?" I asked. "Yeah..." Aatu muttered. I shook my head. "For shame. And here I thought I was talking to an Alpha." I said.

"W-WHAT!? I am an Alpha!" Aatu protested. I scoffed "Sure." I said. Aatu chuckled, and looked behind me. "What're you doing?" He asked. I stepped in front of his view. "Heh, heh... better not to ask." I said. "And so? I'm Alpha." Aatu says. I roll my eyes, "And I'm Luna." I tell him. "Technically, you're not the full Luna since I haven't marked you yet.. but I can change that..." He smirked. I felt like slapping him, but instead I turned around and gave him a sassy hair flip. "In your dreams lover-boy." I told him.

Aatu sighed with somekind of longing, which I ignore. I look at Vesta "Go into the closet, Vesta! And get some clothes on!" I tell her calmly. She looks at me in her wold form and darts into the closet.

I then turn to Aatu, "Now wha-" I'm cut off by him pinning me to the wall. "Whoa! Aatu! The hell are you doing!?" I growl, my eyes suddenly flickering different colors as my wolf took over.

I was mad. I mean. Aatu's never like this... "Look at me Petra. I can see hunger in your eyes." He says. My eyes flicker back to sapphire blue. "Huh?" I say, confused. "You're terrible at hiding it." He says. I roll me eyes, "I don't know what you're talking about-" I'm cut off by him forcefully kissing me. My eyes are wide in shock. OOOOO I like this new Aatu! Zara barked. I growled at her, and Isa huffed, I guess... I can slightly agree with wolfie here. She said. I tried to push Aatu off of me, and resist the part of me that wants to kiss him back....

But so much for that right? I pull him closer, and eventually end u kissing him back passionately. Aroooo! Zara howled in joy. Aatu begins to gently kiss me until he gets to a spot on my neck.. I can feel his canines extend... Then I shove him off of me. "You have to earn more of my trust for that lover-boy." I tell him, and flip my hair. Aatu laughs, and scratches the back of his neck nervously. That's when Vesta came out of the closet....

"OH MY GODDESS! YOU TWO! LOVEY-DOVIES!" She said and pointed to us. I blushed a bright red, and glanced away. "EeeEeeEEE! MY SHIP IS BLOSSOMING!" She squeals. I blink, and look at her with a raised eyebrow. "Huh?" I say. "Ahh... I can see the couples name now! Aata!" Vesta says and extends her hands with a celestial look on her face. I roll my eyes at my friend.

Then a thought comes to my mind: Sofia. "Uh... Vesta... where's Sofia?" I ask. Vesta shrugs. "She's been staying in my room for the past few days. She always leaves for some reason in the mornings." She says. I blink, and look at the ground. "Oh..." I glance at Aatu before smiling at Vesta. 

"Well... I think you deserve that candy covered ice cream right about now." I said. Vesta hops up and down squealing happily. I chuckle at her sight.
