Hey I know this update has taken a long time but I'll explain why in the author's note at the bottom. Please check it out.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.
I was shaking as I was untying the knots in the ropes around Xavier's arms and legs. The rope was starting to burn my hands a little because I had already untied Kinley's ropes letting her out of the room.
"i'm trying to help you." I said quietly.
Xavier's look darkened. "I don't need your help." He shoved me once the ropes came away and i hit the wall with a thud. I winced as my back hit the concrete and I slowly fell to the floor. My world was going fuzzy but I saw as the door opened and a man who was tall came into the room. I looked but couldn't see his face. All I saw was him reach to pull out a gun, pull the trigger and the sound of the bullet leaving. Time slowed down and I tried to scream but I watched as Xavier fell and then my vision went black.

I woke up with an arm around me while I was rocked back and forth slowly. I opened my eyes to see Devon holding me in his arms rocking me back and forth with the train bumping along the tracks. I felt my clothes clinging to me with a layer of sweat.
"Hey." He said letting go of me. I pushed my hair back and tucked it behind my ears.
My heart was racing and I realized everything had been a dream. "what time is it?" I asked.
Devon got off the bed and stretched. "It's about five thirty am. You slept through breakfast, lunch, dinner for about the least twenty minutes you were screaming. I'm guessing you had a bad dream?" He looked at me while he leaned against the chair by the table. "I'm still a little shocked you slept through almost a whole day."
I sat up looking at the room we were in. It took me a little while to realize we were on the train to Florida. I looked around and took in the details of the room. It felt a little bigger but i didn't know why. I looked for my duffle bag and found it underneath my bed and pulled out my toothbrush and face wash and a little bag I had filled with toiletries. After grabbing what i needed I put my wig on and went to walk out. However when I reached the door of the room I looked at the hall and noticed the carpet was different. I had remembered it being a maroon color but now it was a navy. I looked back at Devon who had his eyes on me.
"Um, Did the carpet change?" I asked.
Devon laughed lightly. "No. We changed trains last night. You were sleeping so I carried you and gave a train personnel some money to carry our bags."
I nodded actually happy because I wasn't going crazy. I walked down the hall to a small bathroom. I put my bag on the sink and looked at my face in the mirror. I had faint circles under my eyes and my skin looked pale. I turned on the sink and splashed my face with some water to refresh it. I quickly washed my face and brushed my teeth. After having skipped a morning brush I didn't want to have morning breath because it was mid afternoon. I pulled my wig into a pony tail and adjusted it to make it look like my own hair. Once I felt a little better and more awake I went back to the room to find Devon gone.
I dropped my things on the bed and called for Devon.
"Devon?" I whispered. My heart began to pick up beats and I began to breathe faster imagining the worst. "Devon?" I called for him again. His sweter was gone and his cell phone wasn't on the table. I pulled mine out from my backpack and called his number. A knock came from the door and I walked over to it slowly. A million thoughts were running through my mind as I stood next to the door. I held my phone in my had as if it could help me beat anyone who could come through the door and attack me. The knock came again and I put my hand on the handle. I pulled it open quickly and saw Devon almost fall back holding a tray with some plates and little boxes of takeout.eg
