Ch 21 

So today is Jennys birthday party. I'm invited and everyone is telling me to go. And maybe I should. Maybe I can get her back. I miss her so much. I miss those green eyes. I miss how she looked at me with love. I miss the way they looked before we made love, they were always so trusting. Maybe I did react wrong that night. What if things could have been diffrent. I don't care if she is having another guys baby. I want her to be mine again. Her party is in an hour so I need to find the perfect gift one she will really love. I want something that will make her smile that beautiful smile. I need something perfect.......

I found it the perfect gift. Its a little silver heart locket. I'm going to put something special in it. She will be mine. I shower and use the body wash that I know she loves the smell of. Then I put on the shirt I was wearing on our second date. Then nick showed up to pick me up. He wanted to make sure I wouldn't wimp out. 

"Hey josh" 

"Hey man" 

"So are you gonna get her back tonight" 

"Who...what..." 

"Oh come on josh everyone knows you are in love with Jen" 

"Oh....." 

"Wow you're sad my man haha" 

We both stay quiet until we get to her house. As we pull up I get a little nervouse, god josh stop being a pansey. When she opens the door I smile. She looks so beautiful.she smiles 

"Ello nick" 

"Hello hot stuff" 

God does he do this crap just to piss me off. 

"Hello josh I'm glad you came" 

I smile "no prob" 

Then her step mom calls us in. When we all sit down I realize on the other side of jenny is a guy I don't know. He is good looking maybe even her type. What if I'm to late what if this is her boyfriend. As the conversation flows I find out his name is Aleck, what kind of name is that. It sounds kinda gay to me. After we eat her parents leave. This is my opritunity I have to work my way in some how. When sam goes and turns on the music I instantly ask jenny to dance. I want her body close to mine. Moving together. The way her body moves to the music is so sexy even with her being pregnant. After the song is over I take her out side to talk. We sit down its now or never 

"So jenny I'm sorry for how iv beenignoring you,can we be friends please" 

God why did I ask to be friends, I want to be more! I'm begging on the inside for her to tell me she wants to be more than friends. 

"Of course we can joshy I I mean josh" 

Sigh there it is. Friends 

I fake a smile "good" 

"Well I better get back to the party" 

she walks inside and I see her run into Aleck and smile. Iv lost my chance once again. Then dance and I just watch I can't believe she's not mine I need her to be mine. Toward the end of the party they both sit down and she falls asleep on him......that should be me. I will do anything to make that me.
