SYDNEY POV

"Bakit hindi ka nagpaparamdam?! Ha?! Tapos susulpot ka ngayon, andito ka na pala! Hindi mo lang ako in-orient! Hindi ako prepared. Siraulong babae 'to, nagpapakilig pa! Akina yang pepsi ko!"

Imbes na suyuin niya ako ay tinawanan niya lang ako.

"Sydney, masama bang subukan kong masurprise ka?" she chuckled.

Pero syempre, hndi ko 'to sinabi sakaniya. Lakas na nga ng kumpyansa sa sarili eh! Syempre gusto ko iparamdam na gusto ko pa din magpaligaw araw araw! Hahahaha!

"Dami mong alam, halika na. Kakain ka na. Drama queen." Bigla nanaman akong tinarayan? Luh? Mind reader nga talaga 'to noh?

MEGAN's POV

I helped her with her lunch. The group left minutes after we got back to the table. I forced Sydney to stay with me for a little while dahil gutom ako, at the same time, I want her to eat lunch.

"Meg, bakit naka uniform ka? Kasama ka na ba sa admin dito? Akala ko ba, kay Holland naka pangalan 'tong school?" She asked

"Sydney, wag natin madaliin si Holland. He needs help. Hayaan natin na minamadali niya lang ang pag aasawa." I answered. I agreed to Holl na ako muna ang production manager habang nag aadjust palang siya. I am confident na mahahandle niya ito ng tama. "And at the same time, bukod sa pagiging production manager ng network... magtuturo din ako ng feasibility." I added

"Huh? Akala ko P.E. Hahahaha!" Pang aasar niya sakin.

I rolled my eyes.

"Megan, can you drop by tonight? Wala akong duty mamaya. Nag start na kami magduty sa hospital. Sige na, Megan. Wag ka na magpapapilit. Pleaaaase?"

Hindi na ako nakipagtalo kay Sydney. Syempre, I wasn't around for a couple of months. I deserve her time and attention kaht hndi naman ako gutom sa atensyon.

After her class, ihinatid ko sya pauwi. Bumalik ako sa school for awhile dahil imemeet ko ang klase ko. I wasn't around for a couple of days to start with the lessons kaya I sacrificed my time to meet them on my vacant period.

Right after my class, I went straight to the grocery para bilhan ng ice cream si Sydney. Honestly, I hardly buy her chocolate ice creams. Bitter pa din ako noong sinabi nyang hndi na nya gusto ang chocolate because Haven introduced her this new ice cream flavor. It sucks cos that short ecstacy might live within her forever. She might say, she have changed her mind and she still likes chocolate. But she can also pretend that she doesnt want that certain kind of ice cream flavor, god knows whatever that is.

"Sabi ko!! Gusto ko ng chocolaaaaate flavor!!!! Megaaaaaan!!!!" Sydney started throwing pillows and stuffed toys at me. Fuck!

"Shit, Laurel! Cut it out! I brought black raspberry chocolate chip. May chocolate pa din!"

"Gusto ko! Chocolate! Chocolate lang!! Walang strawberry chocolate! Walang mango chocolate! Walang atis chocolate o water melon chocolate o kahit santol chocolate pa yan!!!"

"Holy fuck, Sydney! I brought mint chocolate chip too! Now stop it!" I said. This flavor was introduced by Haven, that I am sure. It was the flavor she was looking for noong araw na pinalaya ko siya.

Sydney stared at me with a blank face. Napatahimik ko din sya. "Now, eat. Kakarating ko na nga lang, magsisigawan pa tayo. Jiz cries, Sydney."

"Megan, bakit ka bumili niyan?"

"Just because this flavor reminds you of Haven doesn't mean I won't buy you this, Sydney. Sige na. Umupo ka na, iseset up ko na tong projector."

Sydney and I agreed to watch a movie tonight. Seems like the night didn't start so well. Fucking ice cream flavors.

The next day, I drove Sydney to the hospital. Dito sya naka assigned. I walked her hanggang sa room ng mga student nurse. It took me more than 30 minutes bago makalabas dahil may isang patient na nilapitan ako para ipakilala ang sarili nya bilang isang solid fan daw.

Three days in a row, hinahatid sundo ko si Sydney kaso sa mga sumunod na araw... I have to leave her with Taki muna dahil busy ako sa network and I was invited to a sports channel.

I am on my way home from an interview. I also had a meeting with business people from a certain company who invited me to endorse an apparel. I signed three contracts within a week.

Pag uwi ko sa pad ko, I was surprised. May flowers na may stand.

And there's a note.

"I can end a life for you, Megan. I am out of my mind and I love you. I'm back."

SYDNEY's POV

Taki was forced by Megan to drop me to the hospital. Kaya ko naman ng idrive yung car ni mommy kaso Megan won't let me. Under ang girlfriend niya.

"Thanks Taki!"

10 minutes after I clocked in to work, narealized ko, wala pala akong dalang coffee. Night shift ako. I have to leave the hospital for awhile dahil bibili din ako ng food. May mapagbibilhan naman sa hospital kaso wala yung barista coffee na naka bottle doon kaya sumakay ako sa tricycyle para pumunta sa pinakamalapit na 7/11 store.

Pagka baba ko.

"Sydney? Long time no see!" Someone waved near a blue sports car. It's Haven!

"Haven! You're here. Kumusta ka?"

I heard a bang before I almost lost myself to confusion. There's blood on my arm... then there's another bang.

"Sydney! Holy fuck!"

I started losing my senses.

BANG!

Then everything went black. I can feel the burning sensation on my chest and arm. For a moment, I am aware that this could end now. Memories started to flash inside my mind. I can see my two year old self doing... *END OF SYDNEY's POV*
