Ryan was hot. He would have gladly slept against the stone wall, but no... Jane had claimed that privilege. And they didn't want to be seen by the Scientists doing anything. They weren't in love. He didn't even like Jane! She was just....more tolerable than Alyssa.  Yeah, that was it.

He rolled over, towards the wall of ice. He had to alternate between the extremes, because if there was a happy medium he had yet to find it.

He sighed, bored. He wanted something to do. Anything, really. But want he really wanted to do was get out. Get out, and fight.

He sat up, a plan formulating. He stood slowly. Obviously, the Scientists, or someone, was watching them. So he stood and said, "Hey! You! I know you're watching! Give us something to do! Something to fight with! If you're gonna leave us in here, I don't think you want us to die of boredom." He crossed his arms, hoping he looked tough instead of pouting.

The walls themselves seemed to laugh, "Alright then, Ryan. As you wish."

The walls began to shake. They opened up to reveal not only a plethora of weaponry of many varieties, but a fighting arena.

Ryan grinned and rubbed his hands together. He glanced over at the sleeping Jane, and smiled. He just hoped she could fight.
