I was finally allowed to stand up, so I took that opportunity. When Ryn snuck out of her room in the early hours in the morning, she had brought a Porta. She started playing a rap song that we both knew fairly well.

We both got up and started mouthing the words and dancing like crazy together.

This is what we used to do.

Ryn started singing to the chorus that was extremely hard to master. I looked at her in awe as she perfectly pronounced every word. I walked over to the Porta and turned it down.

"Have you been practicing without me?"

She laughed, throwing her head back."Maybe. . . Maybe not."

She came towards me, still dancing, until we were face to face and the song changed to a slower beat.

I mouthed the words of the male rapper and she mouthed the words of the female guest star. I spun her around a few times and she started giggling like a four year old.

I slid my hands around her waist and she put her arms around my neck. We both swayed with the music and she rested her forehead in the crook of my shoulder.

She started humming the words instead of singing and I was almost sure she had started to fall asleep.

"Ryn."

She gasped, and flung her head up to look at me.

I chuckled. "How much sleep did you get last night?"

"Erm. . . I don't remember." She smiled in my shirt and we just stood there peacefully. Well, that was, until the doors to the hospital wing burst open again.

Of course it was Isaac.

Ryn jumped away from me, stumbling over her own feet. I just waited for Isaac to say something stupid.

"Archer. Get over here." He sounded almost like a drill sergeant.

"You can't boss her around like that!" I yelled. He focused his attention on me.

"Oh, I see Scott's actually walking and not just sitting on his lazy ass all day."

I was about to charge at him when Ryn pulled my arm. "In case you haven't noticed, he was injured in a terrorist attack. The same terrorists that you are born to kill! Do you have any sympathy for anyone?"

"No, I don't. Now get out of of this room or so help me I'll drag you out myself."

Ryn didn't say a thing. She just stomped out the door, an angry expression written on her face.

When she left, Isaac stalked up to me. "Don't touch her. Don't talk to her. Don't look at her. Don't even go near her."

He turned on his heel and walked out the doors.
