Chapter Thirty-Five

Pan's POV

I have never seen Kim like this before. She normally doesn't mind me putting my arm around her. Instead of putting her head on my shoulder like she always does or did, she brushed my arm off of her and went into the woods. I sit there in shock for a while then, I start following the path she took. I end up at a clearing and see her standing in the middle of it. I keep myself hidden and watch what she's doing. She seems to be practicing magic. She does spells that I haven't even heard before and made stuff happen. She had a different look on her face. She normally looks sweet and gentle. Now she looks evil and ruthless. I step out and she immediately turns around to face me. "What do you want, Pan?" She says, completely annoyed that I'm here. "I want to know what's wrong with you." I walk over to her. "Nothing is wrong. I've always been this way." I shake my head "No, You haven't always been this way. You've always been sweet to everyone but, also a little bit dark." I see evil flicker in her eyes. "I've always had this deep inside of me and I'm finally showing the real me." I give her a blank stare. She just trying to make excuses for being like this. Now I'm trying my hardest to be gentle with her and try not to hurt her. "You're not showing the real you. The real you would help anyone as long as they aren't enemies and the real you would never look at me like that." She smirks "The real me wouldn't think twice about killing you or any of your lost boys." She pokes my chest and I walk backwards as she walks towards me. "The real me also wouldn't be your girlfriend." I stand there in a little bit of shock. Then, I realized that I was showing weakness and immediately straitened up and smirked. She raises an eyebrow and smirks. For some reason now she's acting like me but, a girl version of me. "What are saying?" I ask trying not to sound weak and I succeeded. "I don't want to be your girlfriend anymore. I don't need you anymore, Pan." I smirk trying not to let that hurt me. "Ok. But, you'll always be a lost girl." I say. She smiles at the name and for some reason I see the actual her for a second then, she realizes what she's doing and goes back to her fake self. "Ok then, if you're not going to let me go then, see around,Pan." She walks off. I stand there trying to think of a way to get old her back and figure out why she was suddenly like that.
