Chapter Fourty-Four

I hear movement coming from behind me. I look up to see a girl who looked like Scarlet. But, how was that possible? Maya was dead and she was Scarlet. "Hello, why are you crying?" She asked. I notice another difference between them. This one doesn't have a British accent. "Who are you?" I ask. "I'm Shona." She says with a smile. "What's your name?" She asks. "Kim. The reason why I'm crying is because, my boyfriend is dying and the only way to save him is if I die." I start to sniffle uncontrollably. "How...did....you....get....here?" I manage to say between sniffles. "I don't know how. Who's your boyfriend?" She sits down next to me and puts her arm around me. "Peter....Pan." I spit out. Just then, Pan comes into the room and gives her a look that tells her to leave. Before she leaves she turns and looks at me. I nod my head and she walks out of the tent. "Kim....." Pan starts. "You don't have to say anything, Pan. Nothing is going to make me feel better." He raises an eyebrow at me and smirks. "You know what? Maybe we should end our relationship. That way it wouldn't be so hard for you." I say. He shakes his head and walks out of the tent. Once I'm sure he's gone, I run out of the tent and through the woods. I turn around and see where I am. I'm at the edge of a cliff. I debate whether to jump off or not. Finally I come to a decision and close my eyes. I run and jump off.
