Kaitlin's POV

How do I even breathe? I think I can officially say that Harry is not what he comes off as. Scratch that. He isn't at all. I breathed in his scent while his arms were wrapped me. It was weird to think about, actually. Harry was a total dick to me when we first met. Then again, a lot has changed since then. Lauren and I don't really talk. I swear now so people don't make fun of me. I really missed Australia. But the unknown feeling in my stomach is better than Australia. I couldn't help but compare my feelings to mine with Cody. When I hugged Cody, it was like a thousand butterflies were flying around in my stomach. I'm not positive because Cody and I broke up so long ago, but this is pretty damn close to what that feels like. Plus, Harry is a good hugger, which makes me want to hug him more. I sighed out loud, which was louder than I expected.

"I'm sorry," He said.

"It's not your fault," I replied.

I pulled away from him. He seemed reluctant but he did too.

"Are you good?" He asked.

I nodded. He reached over and wiped my cheek which I'm sure was wet. I'm glad I didn't wear makeup. He gave me a small smile before turning to the building.

"So where are we going?" He asked.

If he was trying to distract me, it worked. I turned to look for building C.

"There!" I pointed when I found it.

"Why is this place so big? Pom-poms don't take up that much space," he asked.

I laughed. "For your information," I started "building C is the biggest and they don't use poms in there."

"Your lying. What is the point of it?" He asked.

"You have to have room for all the practice mats and spring floors. Not to mention the waiting and workout room upstairs. That's where you can wait, by the way," I informed him.

"In the workout room?" He questioned.

"The waiting room," I said as if it was obvious.

"Oh, I gotcha. How long is this?"

"Tryout are usually three hours but I've done it so many times, it usually takes me about an hour at the most," I replied.

"Sweet," he said.

He opened the door for me and I walked in. The musty smell mixed with the tropical air fresheners hit my nose. I smiled. I didn't realize how much I missed it.

"Ew," Harry mumbled behind me.

I giggled.

"The waiting room is right at the top of the stairs. Ill be in the gym, you can see it from up there," I said.

I saw Matt turn around the corner and see me. I ran over to him and jumped into him arms. He caught my easily, half hugging me back. He tucked his neck in my hair like he always did. I felt him shift his weight to set me down. I grinned at him.

"Hi," I said.

"Ready?" He asked.

"Hell yes," I said.

"Who did you bring with you?" He muttered under his breath.

"My friend," I said defensively.

I turned to look at Harry and waved before he went upstairs. He gave me a small wave and disappeared behind the stairs. I frowned. I didn't like the was his jaw was set. Ill ask him about it later.

"That's who you hangout with now?" He asked.

I frowned at him. I'm not sure why I was so defensive over Harry, I don't even know if I can call him my friend.
