"Kai that's amazing I'm so proud of you!" Rin shouted wrapping his arms around me.

I stood there in amazement and I felt warm hot tears roll down my shoulder. I pulled Rin back looking him in his watery eyes. I gasped and wiped them away.

"What's wrong Rin?" I asked worried.

He shook his head and faked a smile.

"Nothing I'm just so happy for you" he said stumbling back towards the door.

*Rin's POV*

She looked at me confused as I opened the door tripping over the steps as I ran towards the beach panting heavily. I had to get out of there. My head was so clouded I couldn't believe anything right now, I felt like I was spinning in circles.

If she got in that means there's only one spot left and Sousuke and I are in the running. Plus if she leaves and I don't make it, I won't see her for 6 years. I shook my head wiping away the rest of the tears that continued to cover my face. I sat on the beach sighing loudly as I stated into the sky. The stars gleamed bright and I heard foot patters behind me. I turned around to see a bright face girl with long locks staring at me with tears in her eyes.

"Kaiyo?" I mumbled standing up.

She ran over to me wrapping her arms around me tightly. She cried in my jacket gripping it with anger.

"What do you think you're doing running off scaring me like that you asshole!" She shouted slapping my chest and pushing me back.

I looked at her with my mouth slightly hung and then I sighed closing my eyes.

"I'm sorry Kai-"

"No what the hell was that all about?!" She wiped away more tears. "Are you really happy for me or are you just saying that Matsuoka Rin?! I can't believe you-"

"I don't want to lose you!" I shouted angrily.

She stepped back and stared at me in disbelief. More tears ran down her face as she shook her head.

"Why would you think that?" She muttered helplessly.

"Because there's only one spot left and its me against Sousuke and we both know who's gonna get that spot. And it's not like you're gonna wait for me! You'll be around a bunch of hot Australians probably trying to feel you up-" I continued as I felt a burning slap against my face.

I held my cheek as she looked at me with pain in her eyes.

"How dare you even think that I would run off with someone other than you! I love you! And you're being selfish!"

"I'm selfish?! You don't even care about our relationship might as well be with Makoto if you want to slack off so much!" I yelled back waving my hands in the air.

She stopped and walked backwards away from me more tears running down her face.

"No Kaiyo I didn't mean it and you know it-" I said trying to grab for her hand.

"I hate you!" She yelled running away from me wiping away more tears.

I felt like I was shot in the chest and I stumbled back falling on my butt trying to grasp the only air I had left. Tears fled my eyes as I watched her blur move away farther and farther away from me.
