Louis wasn't sure what to say to Tellie, he wasn't sure how she'd take the news of him and Eidee getting married and he wasn't sure whether she'd understand. But he knew he had to do it, do on Friday afternoon as soon as he let her into the house he had his plan set.

"Tellie, love come back here!" Louis called. She was halfway up the staircase and turned to face him a frown forming on her face. "Come here Tellie."

Tellie sighed. "But Daddy I-"

"Don't argue with me." Louis cut in. "Come back and get in the lounge room."

Tellie trudged back down stairs, walking to the lounge room, Louis following. The only thing on Tellie's mind was that she must have done something, she had to have done something wrong to get Louis bluntly forcing her into the lounge room. Whenever he told her to get in the lounge room she knew she was going to be sat down and spoken to it was just how things worked.

"Sit down." Louis snapped, and Tellie did half jumping on the lounge in the process. "Tellie!"

"I'm sorry..." She muttered with an eye roll.

"Of course..." Louis sat on the coffee table looking at Tellie as he but his lip. "Baby you know how I love Eidee right?" Tellie nodded. "Well, you know what happens when two people love each other-"

"They have sex." Tellie cut in beaming proudly as Louis almost gasped.

"Where the fuck did you hear that?" He demanded and Tellie only shrugged.

"Uncle Harry."

"Well looks like I'll be having a talk with him..." Louis mused. "Look Teej, when people love each other they get married, so me and Eidee are getting married-"

"Will she be my mummy...?

"No." Louis soothed. "Definitely not. The thing is we're going to be married, and it won't be a big change. But you are okay with it right?"

Tellie blinked, bringing her hand to her mouth before Louis shot her sharp look, then she lowered it placing it by her side.

"What about Eleanor?" The words slipped from Tellie's lip and she knew it wasn't what Louis wanted her to say.

"Go to your room." He snapped. "Go, stay there until I say you come out."

"But-"

"No buts, go!"

"Daddy-"

Louis got his feet. "Cristell Jayde! Don't make me repeat myself again, go upstairs!"

Tellie instantly got up, bolting out of the room tears stinging in her eyes.

"...You yelled at her?" Eidee demanded. "Just because of that? Jesus Christ Louis, wasn't a simple answer easier?"

"She's my kid I can raise her how I want." Louis retorted. "If it's bothering you I'll go talk to her now..."

"Yes!"

"Okay, okay..."

Louis walked out of the kitchen, pissed off at Eidee now. As far as he was conceded if he found it necessary to yell at Tellie he could, and shouldn't have to explain to Eidee why. Tellie wasn't her daughter.

"Open the door Tellie." Louis snapped as he stopped at her room. "Love, I'm serious just open the door."

The door opened and Tellie just stared up at Louis in utter confusion, tears brimming in her eyes.

"What's up baby?" He murmured bending down to her height.

"You yelled at me..."

"I'm sorry sweetie," Louis sighed, "just...just don't ask that again okay? It's complicated."
