Carly snarled as she briskly flipped her hair. She sipped her Starbucks and leaned back in the chair looking to Darian. After explaining the "Vegas incident" as she had called, nothing annoyed her more than watching Darian spit out her drink in laughter.

"Any questions?" Carly asked the snarl vanishing from her lips.

"You guys got married in Vegas?" Darian asked containing the laughter. "Drunk, in Vegas? Oh Carly!"

"Yes, we were drunk and got married in Vegas," Carly hissed. "I'm sure if Zayn got you drunk in Vegas you'd marry him too."

"Bitch please, I didn't need to be drunk to marry Zayn. It's just common sense-something you don't have."

"Excuse me?"

"Carly, Harry Styles is your husband and he wants to stay your husband. You do not, just divorce Harry Styles. You know how many girls would love to be in your place? God-my mother, my own mother would love to trade places with you."

"Well your mother can." Carly snapped. "Nothing like Zayn Malik's mother in law marrying Harry Styles."

"Look, what I'm saying is, you are mrs Harry Styles. You are fucking mrs Harold Edward Styles. Why would you change that?"

"'Cause I'm not like you or Chantelle. I don't want to be somebody's wife, I don't want to be that couple that got married to early. I don't want to even have freaking kids!"

"You don't want kids?"

"No. Not yet anyway..."

"Don't have sex then," Darian shrugged. "Apparently if you want kids you get them but if you don't want them you have to try for two years and when you finally get pregnant your child's organs grow outside their body."

Carly sighed. "Your baby will be fine. You said there's a chance, aren't the operating as soon as he's born?"

"Yeah...but it's hard to have hope when Zayn's convinced he won't survive. Zayn reckons we should adopt."

"Then adopt. What's hiding you guys back?"

"Zayn being on tour. We-we already have some stuff sorted out...when he get back, we might be..."

Carly's eyes widened in shock as Darian sheepishly grinned, one hand around her cup the other on the small bump on her stomach.

"But I think we should wait 'til Ryder's born." She mused. "I can tell he's a fighter. Don't ask me how I can just tell."

"What happens if-if Ryder doesn't survive?"

"Then we have to live the rest of lives knowing our child died...and we'll adopt. I don't think I'll get pregnant again, after this I just-I can't do it again... Besides, adopting's good, it may not be your flesh and blood but still, you're giving a home to a child who needs one..."

"True..." Carly muttered. "So, do you know how Chantelle's ultrasound went?"

"She said it went good." Darian beamed.

"Why couldn't she come today? If it was the kids I d-"

"She's taking them to Florida tomorrow." Darian cut in. "Niall asked her to stay with him and the boys while they're there. I think it was something about Disneyland...but anyway she's packing and her brothers with Jace and Arizona."

Carly snarled. "Wow, Niall's aloud to have his wife and kids stay while they perform at Florida but Harry told me they couldn't have any distractions."

"Chantelle's his wife."

"And I'm Harry's."

"And I'm Zayn's but I'm not going all jealous." Darian snapped finally. "Obviously you and Harry have some problems, call him. Your problems aren't gonna sort themselves out."

"What did Chantelle mean when she said something bout letters?" Carly asked ignoring Darian's comment. "She said something but I didn't really get it all."

Darian bit her lip before launching into the story of the letter's she'd seen. Carly listened in awe her eyes glued to Darian at every word.

"He knew?" Carly exclaimed. "He fucking knew!"

"Shh!" Darian hissed, she quickly dropped her voice to a whisper. "Yes he knew about Tellie, he didn't actually know her, but he knew she existed."

"That fuckwit..." Carly muttered. "How do you walk away from your own child?"

"Thats what Chantelle said. But going by the letters he wrote he did try to see Tellie but Phoebe wouldn't let him."

"Don't blame her, if Harry knocked me up, walked out on the kid, then asked to come be on it's life I wouldn't let him. Walk out on your child once and you stay out."

"But the weird thing is, in the end Phoebe was begging him to take Tellie. And, I find it weird. Phoebe always said she never wanted Louis to ever know about Tellie."

Carly sighed. "Darian, you need to accept the fact your sister lied to you, her and Louis both did. If I were you I'd talk to your other sister, find out if she knew."

"Yeah..." Darian mused. "I think I will."

"...Daddy," Tellie murmered as her head lay in his lap. The window of the hotel room was open a cool breeze flowing through. "Can you tell me more about mummy...?"

"Um, what do you want me to tell you?" Louis asked confusion washing across through his voice. He honestly ached at the subject of Phoebe, 'cause all he could think of when he heard her name was the way he seen tears in her eyes when he told her didn't care.

"Did she ever love me...?" Tellie asked quietly, the plea in her voice was so obvious, so blunt and plain. Maybe It was just the way Tellie looked at him that reminded him so much of the memory that automatically came into his head, the way her eyes were filled with curiosity and plea, just how Phoebe's had been.

"...If you're not ready I understand." Louis said as he pulled away from Phoebe breaking of the chain of kisses. Phoebe breathed hesitantly.

"Do you love me?" She asked her green eyes wide, her lipstick was smudged and the nervous look plastered in her face was like a mask fully attached to her soft pale skin.

"Yes." 'Don't believe me, I'm lying'

"Then I'm ready."

"Are you sure?" 'Please say no, I'm using you. This isn't right. Say you're not ready'

"I'm sure."

"One hundred percent?" 'I'm gonna break your heart after this. Say no. Say no you dimwit can't you tell this is a joke. I'm gonna hurt you.'

"One hundred and one percent." Phoebe breathed, the nervous mask was no longer on her face, it was replaced by a joyous grin only making Louis' stomach churn.

"I'll get a condom." 'Back out now. Say no Phoebe, please say no I'm fucking seventeen I can't say no when you throw yourself at me.'

"Got one right here."

"I love you." 'I'm lying, make me leave. Please let someone walk in here. Dammit Stan now would be a good time to call me.'

"I love you too." -

Tellie's face was filled with the same nervous curiosity Phoebe's had been, her eyes in the same furrowed position, her lips in a straight line. Even though Tellie hardly resembled her, all Louis could see in her was Phoebe. Innocent, carefree Phoebe.

"She loved you more than I ever can." Louis murmured pulling Tellie closer.

"Then why did she leave me...?"

"She didn't want to love, she never wanted to leave you..." He replied. "bad stuff just happens and there's nothing we can do to stop it."

"Daddy...will you leave me too...?" Tellie questioned tears forming in her eyes as Louis stroked her hair.

"Never Tells, never in a million years."
