As Fang followed the blind assassins or Rose he totally forgot about the fact that Max had come everyday since their first encounter. But Max didn't show to night because things are not what they seem on the other side.
Max woke up in his bed at Dexter's HQ. He had a raging headache and was starting to remember what really happened. He got out of bed and started walking towards the main hall trying not to fall. He kept smashing into things and kept holding his head. "Max hey what's up" said a guy who worked for Dexter. Max looked up at him. "You all right." He asked. Max punched him around the face knocking the guy out. He then continued to walk down the hallway ignoring everyone.
He smashed through the doors and entered the main hall. "Dexter!" He shouted. Dexter came to him, his black hair in his eyes. He looked like someone from a gang he was wearing a hoodie with the sleeved cut off all the way and ripped jeans. The main hall was full of scientists and weird and huge contraptions. "Max is their a problem." Dexter asked.
"Yeah a big one. I know what you did to me. I refused and so you, you kidnapped me so I could be your test dummy. Well i'm done playing your stupid games. i'm out." Max said.
"I'm sorry to hear that Max" Dexter said walking around him. "Looks like you left me no choice Max I was starting to like you." Dexter clicked his fingers and three of his men grabbed him. Max struggled for a while but there was no use for him Dexter's men were stronger than him. They managed to knock him out.
"That ones for Micheal." Said the guy who knocked him out.
"Alright put him back in the tube." Dexter demanded. They did what he said and shut the tube. "Mind wipe him and this time for longer we can't have him remembering again."
"I'm not sure about that." The scientist advised.
"Are you disobeying me." Dexter said getting close to his face.
"No sir. On it sir." The scientist said.
"That's better." Dexter said leaving the room. He then sent three of his men to go rob some things and bring it back to him.
Hours past and Dexter came back to Max and opened the tube. "How you feeling." He asked Max.
"Ready to serve. Ready to kill Fang." Max replied.
"Yes, yes you are." Dexter said in an evil tone of voice.
Meanwhile Fang and Rose reached their destination and Fang was confused to see nothing but a sewer.
