Damaria took a deep breath before Arturo entered. She didn't know what he wanted but she wasn't in a mood to fight. Her conversation with Stefan had rattled her up and she only knew one person she could talk too and she was miles away by now. She wanted to call her as soon as Arturo left.

     "Hello Miss. Allegra."

"Hello, how can I help you?" Damaria gained her posture and covered her feeling with a blanket of lack of emotions.

"I was wondering if we could discuss my work timings. My classes have been switched around and I was hoping that I could possibly get a day time security job. That is if it's possible."

"And if it is not, what are you to do?"

"I will probably stick to the night job until I can find another one." Something about his answer seemed too strange to Damaria.

"Very well I will look in to the possibility."

"One more thing." Damaria raised an eyebrow to make him continue. "I'll need to know by tomorrow."

"Very well." Damaria sighed. "I will start looking into it."

    "Thank you."

     "No problem Mr. Larsen."

     "Actually it's Jonathan."

"No problem Mr. Jonathan." Arturo nodded before exiting the office. He smirked proud of himself. Get a job near Damaria. Check. His plan was working and he was managing very well with his job.

---

Damaria started looking for possible opening for a security during a day shift on her laptop. Her eyes were tired and she was very well aware of the fact that she was not to get any sleep tonight. Sluggishly she stood up to get a cup of coffee and decided to call it a day.

Walking to the staff room she noticed Ryder and Libby in another heated conversation. She wanted them to be civil and they wouldn't be civil if she stepped in. So quietly as she could be she walked passed them. Her heels barely making a clicking sound. When she reached the staff room, the scent of coffee filled the room and she was swiftly making her way toward it until she realized she wasn't alone. In the corner sat Paige, weary and looking pale and tired. Today seemed to be an off day for everyone.

Damaria took a deep breath and while waiting for her coffee she headed over to Paige. The young co worker was in need of someone to talk to. Damaria pulled out a chair and elegantly sat down. She kept her back straight and tried to not be as awkward as possible.

Clearing her throat she looked to Paige. "How are you feeling?"

Paige's head shot up and she stared at Damaria, confused.

"Look I am not very good with speaking about feelings but I am trying."

"I see." Paige gave a small smile.

"Is there anything on your mind you would like to talk about?"

"My sister..." Paige sighed. "She's back in town."

Damaria nodded. She had no idea what had happened between the two. But she was aware it was a big deal. "What does she want?"

"Not much. Just for me to quit my job."

     "Why is that?"

"She thinks I'm spending too much time working and caring for my little cousin than spending time with her."

To Damaria it sounded like her sister was jealous. But she didn't want to say it out loud. She let Paige continue speaking.

"She's young you know. My little cousin. Her parents recently disappeared after an expedition in the Atlantic Ocean and no one seems to know where they are. It's hard to take care of her and deal with my sister. She used to live further away, but recently she moved back. I have no idea why." Paige shrugged.

Damaria nodded. She had no idea what she was going to do. She had just helped Paige because it seemed to be the right thing to do. At the time. And now she was confused on how to respond to such a situation. "How long has it been since you have actually spoken to her?" Damaria asked.

"A few years. Maybe six or seven."

"I believe at the moment the best thing to do is just speak with her. Giver her a second chance."

"It's not just her, it's her husband."

     "What about him?"

"He gave her the idea of making me quit my job and sending my cousin to foster care system."

"Does he have any reason to?"

    "I have no idea."

     "When did they arrive?"

    "A couple of days ago."

     "I see."

     "Just before the murders..."

Damaria looked to her. "Now do not jump to conclusions, we do not know if this is true or not."

"You're right." Paige sighed and the coffee machine beeped. She stood up and went to retrieve her coffee.

"Would you like some?" Damaria lifted the coffee mug.

Paige shook her head, "I think I should get back to work."

Damaria nodded. "As should I." Walking out of the staff room, Damaria headed to her office and took a seat on the sofas. She needed to think and speak with someone. She pulled out her phone and dialed her number. She waited before the other person picked up the phone.

     "Allegra?"

A sobbed escaped Damaria, "Gemma. Someone knows."

     "I'll be there shortly."

---

Gemma ended the call and turned to Lance. "I have to go, I'll be back in a bit and help you pack everything else."

Lance turned to her. "Is everything alright."

"Everything will be okay. It was Damaria, it's a girl thing." She smiled and grabbed her purse and the car keys before driving to the museum. She knew Damaria wouldn't want her telling Lance. He would get worried and over think everything.

When she reached the museum, she took the back way into Damaria's office and barged into the room. Damaria was lying on the sofas, the coffee was sitting cold on her table and her eyes were rimmed red. Gemma sighed, Lance needed to know, but it was Damaria's place to tell.

"God, Damaria when are you going to tell your brother the truth?"

"When I am on my death bed." Damaria answered.

"He knows about Stefan." Gemma said dropping her purse on the desk and going to sit on the ground in front of Damaria. "He knows that Stefan remembers you two from when you two were young."

"He knows about Kurt." Damaria breath.

Gemma nodded. "And what is he going to do with that?"

"He knows I went through depression."

      "Damaria-"

Damaria panted. Her breathing became ragged and she tried to focus on one thought. Her pulse ran a thousand miles a minute and she just needed to get the words out of mouth, out of her brain out of her heart. "He knows I was bullied in school. He knows I was abused at home." Eyes wide, Damaria whispered. "He knows I tried committing suicide."
