Lying on my back, staring up at the ceiling everything Aristotle said was scrambling through my mind. I didn't want to believe any of his nonsense, but a part of me couldn't deny the pull I was feeling towards him. Ever since he left me alone in the room, I've been waiting impatiently for him to return.

He would have to return right? I thought.

My thoughts started to drift away and all I could focus on was the surging pain in my stomach. I can't remember the last time I ate and I knew my body was calling out for fuel. My mouth still tasted of the vomit from earlier and I would kill for a toothbrush right now.

I wanted to get up and lay on the bed, but one; my body was weak and two, I wanted to be as close to the door as possible when it opened, if he even used the door this time.

I couldn't deny the superhuman speed it witch he moved or the fact that he could just appear and disappear in thin air. Maybe he really was a vampire, and if that's the case I needed to get out of here sooner rather than later. I've seen the movies, and Aristotle didn't seem like the twilight Edward type, but more of the Dracula kind.

There were no windows in the room, so I couldn't even tell what time of day it was. Hell, I didn't even know what day it was. How many days has it been since graduation? 2?  I needed to eat, and after banging on the door for ten minutes with no reply I decided to call my so called protector and see if this supernatural call really worked.

"Umm.. Hello. Aristotle? Can you hear me?" I thought as loud as I could inside my head. How the fuck does this work? He said it only worked when a royal was in distress. Well I was dam near starving and if it didn't work than I guess his assumption of me being a royal was wrong, thank god! Maybe than he would let me leave.

"I'm fucking dying of hunger! I'm about to pass out!" Again I screamed the words inside my mind.

Nothing.

I closed my eyes, maybe after a quick nap I could try again. Maybe he wasn't near the cabin and because the bond is weak he couldn't hear me. I couldn't fall asleep. Those dreamy bright blue eyes danced across my mind. How he says my name, how he called himself my protector. It was like every girls fantasy. The thought of him made me smile and I could actually feel the pull. It was like an elastic band. I could stretch it out and it would retract. I continued to think of my handsome captor, and him bringing me food. Peanut butter on Toast with a side of orange juice. Maybe some sliced fruits and a granola bar. The thought of food alone maybe wince in pain as I clenched my stomach. Fuck that hurt, I really needed food soon or I would surly pass out.

"Poof" just like that his dark figure towered over my body lying on the floor.

"You called, your Majesty." The biggest grin was spread across his face. I had just proven him right and he knew it!

"I've been calling you for the past 30 mins!" I sneered, not wanting to give him the satisfaction of winning.

"What took you so long?" I asked.

"You were not using the call in the right way, you can't just summon me out of want, it has to be out of need. You must need me in order for me to hear it. So what do you need your majesty?" he replied.

"For you not to call me that, I am not a royal. I am just a human girl." I explained for the 100th time.

"I'm starving, I need to eat or I'm going to die." Okay, a little dramatic but he got the point.

"As you wish." Poof. Gone again.

"urg," I grunted, why did he have to keep  doing that.

Poof. Within seconds he was back with a platter of breakfast essentials. A box of lucky charms, a glass of milk, toast (no peanut butter I noticed) and a large apple.

"Thank you." I said as I grabbed for the platter.

"Eat and rest. I will be back later for you. We are leaving tonight." He stated.

"Leaving? Where are we going?" I asked, scared and curious at the same time.

"I am bringing you back to my house, you will be more comfortable." And poof.

I ate the apple in 3 bites and moved to the lucky charms. I finished the whole platter in minutes and was stuff. I got up off the floor deciding that he probably was never going to open the door again and laid down on the bed. I was full and sleep came easily.

My red Head friend consumed my dreams. She was scared and calling out for me.... She was looking for me. I tried to call out to her to let her know I was okay but she couldn't hear me. I tossed and turned and the same 3 second imagine was on reply, over and over again I would watch her frantically looking for me and there was nothing I could do but watch. My best friend thought I was dead and soon everyone else would too.
