"Where are we going again?" Mia asked for the hundredth time since we entered the car again. It's been a few days since we left the house. We covered a lot of ground which I was proud about.

"We are going to Texas to see if they have any rescuers there" I said remembering all the information our parents gave us before they died. Before we killed them.

"What if they're not there? What are we gonna do then?" Mia had a point.

"If they're long gone by the time were get there the power will still be on since they needed it to contact other people, so we find a radio and check where the other locations are" I said once again remembering everything my father told me. It's like I was a recording machine really.

"Dad said they only brought the rescue crews once every four months so we have to wait four months until someone actually comes and rescue us. Great." Mia replied with sarcasm dripping through her words. For a fifteen year old, this one had a big mouth. Just like me.
The thought made me chuckle lightly but it was soon interrupted by people walking, more like limping down the road. I slowly stopped the car and turned it off.

"Mia grab the weapon and get ready. We have company." I said while reaching in the back grabbing my two knives and giving Mia the "go" to get out.

"Holy shit" Mia breathed as they approached, but something caught my eye behind the infected. Two men were ready to point they're arrows at the infected. Two other people appeared not to far pointing they're weapons at Mia.

"Mia get in the car" I told Mia while I stayed there in front of the car curious on who these people where, and by curious I meant furious at the fact that they pointed their weapons at Mia

Once the mystery people killed the infected they walked towards me at the same pace I walked towards them; cautiously. They had they're weapons aimed at me and the passenger seat of my car which was where Mia is seated. That was a mistake.

"Who are you?" One of the men asked me while he was close enough for me to hear.

"How about you stop pointing that towards my sister and then we'll talk" I said ignoring his question completely.

"How about you stop being such a bitch and tell us who you are?" One of the women behind them said. Mistake number two. Don't call me a bitch.

"I'm a girl who's trying to get somewhere now move off the road and stop pointing that towards my sister" I replied once again not saying my name. I was too concentrated on staring down the woman-who wasn't too fond of me-to hear the door of the car open and close.

"I'm Mia this is my sister Ace we don't mean any harm or trouble we just wanna go through and get to Texas, got it?" Mia all of a sudden replied next to me.

First of all: What the heck does she think she's doing?
Second of all: Why would you give out our upcoming location? Just why?

The woman whom I was currently killing with my eyeballs- and got rudely interrupted by the way-was talking to the other woman next to her. They seemed to be discussing something. I don't like this.
