Asia's POV

I was silent the whole car trip but tears fell down my face. I was curled up in a ball on the seat but I knew the younger guy or I think, Daniel was his name, was sitting behind me. I figured out about him he liked to burn things. And people. I had my arms wrapped around my legs tightly quietly sobbing into my knees. The older guys didn't seem to care though. All they focused on was driving. I did however peek through my wet hair and look out the window. I didn't know where I was. We probably weren't even home anymore.

After time, we pulled up to an abandoned warehouse out in the middle of nowhere.  Daniel got out and the older one or Lewis, jumped out. I started to climb towards the other side of the car. Bad idea but I was anxious for escape. I couldn't handle being with these creeps. These convicts.

I wanted to go home to my family and my friends. Escape this nightmare.

I felt a hand grab at my arm and yank me so hard back it almost broke my arm. I yelped in pain feeling my blood circulation almost cut off. I was dragged out of the car and coughed as dirt and dust whipped up into the air.

"You're just begging for trouble aint ya?" Lewis sneered as he clenched onto my arm. I winced but didn't look up. I kept quiet and focused my mind on living, on keeping my sanity before I'd lose it. Before I'd lose all faith on ever seeing home again. Lewis turned his head toward Daniel who was searching through my phone.

"Daniel, search through her contacts and find that boy's number and address." my eyes widened and my head snapped up.

"Don't hurt him! Please!" I pleaded as I saw Daniel snickering as he searched through my phone and i knew by the look in his eyes he found Max's number and address that I so happened to put into the phone. I swallowed hard and gave them a pleading look. Lewis stared down at me.

"I'm not going to hurt him. I'm just going to...talk to him. Daniel save that number and address. I have some work to do." he laughed before dragging me inside the house. "In the meantime, you have a punishment to go through. You've been a bad girl." I let out a cry and tried to pull away, but I felt his grip tighten as I was placed harshly in a chair and Daniel grabbed some rope and tied it around me. He gave me a look that made me feel disgusted.

"We're gonna have some fun with you little bunny." he said with a wink. I wanted to throw up and run, but I couldn't do either. How unfortunate. I struggled and that only gained me a slap to the face, making me wince in pain and let out a cry.

"Easy with her boss." Daniel said grinning at me. "I dont want her skin to be that red. That's what fire is for."  Lewis looked at Daniel with narrowed eyes.

"Just shut up. You'll get your turn." he snapped before turning to me. "You better hope your friends haven't set you in danger. Or themselves." I breathed heavily with tears and he tilted up my chin.

"There there, don't cry. Everything's going to be just fine." I whimpered in fear and saw him take out a knife. A pocketknife by the looks of it.

"Sit closely Daniel. You'll get your turn but sometimes there are other ways of torture than burning." he said flipping out the pocketknife and bringing it close to my skin, making me screech out in pain...

Max's POV - 11:30 PM

It had been two hours since I had began reading my book and received the only text message from Asia. Hopefully it wouldn't be the last. I set my library book down and looked at the time on my phone. It was late, I was tired and tomorrow I had bowling at ten in the morning. And the only downside to it is my girlfriend wouldn't be there.

I sat up and heard my mother and step-dad watching a movie out in the living room. I didn't want to join them because they would sense my mood, but I hadn't left my room all day. I groaned before standing up and leaving my phone in my room. I decided to make some Velveeta, hoping it would make me somewhat better. I needed to call Ashley telling her the outcome of earlier. I'll do it after dinner. My parents didn't acknowledge me as I walked into the kitchen to make food.

My head was in thought as I cooked my food. Not even the smell of Velveeta could distract me from the current situation. Soon enough my food was done and I was eating it at the computer while I played a computer game to distract me. After about 15 minutes it was already midnight. I headed back to my room to see a text. I hoped it was from Asia. My heart leaped seeing it was from her name but the message read different.

She won't last long.

I frowned knowing it wasn't her who typed it. It was someone else. It was her captors. I texted back urgently,

"What have you done to Asia?" I hit send hoping to get some sort of response. I held my phone tightly and after a while my phone vibrated in my hand, getting a message. It was from Asia.

That's for me to know. If you were smart, you would have found her already.

I felt rage boil inside me knowing that I couldn't find Asia. I felt my eyes sting with warm tears but I quickly brushed them away. I couldn't let the bad guys get to me. I exited my text messages and rung up Ashley.

After a few rings I heard her answer the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey Ashley." I said sounding a little panicky.

"Hi Maxtrell. What's up? You okay?" she asked. "What happened earlier with the police thing?"

"Ashley, I got a text from Asia, but, it wasn't her. The people who have her captive used her phone." I said reading her the messages. I could hear Ashley's breathing change from calm to panicky.

"Damnit...fuck... we got to find her. It's only been one fucking day. We have to find her. I'm tired of this shit. Fuck!" she started ranting on exclaiming how aggravated she was at this. I was too, but my temper was under control at least.

"I know, but we have all the help we can right now. And that's only the police." Ashley let out an annoyed sigh.

"I dont give a shit." she said and it sounded like she hit something. I winced and sighed.

"Everything will be fine Ashley," I told her, even though it sounded like a lie when I said it. "Let's just...get some sleep and see what happens tomorrow." I said. There was a long pause before Ashley finally agreed.

"Alright...night Maxtrell." she said before hanging up. I hung up my phone and set it on the charger. I needed a good night's sleep and hopefully I would get one tonight. I curled up underneath my blanket before shutting out the light and tried falling asleep.
