Niall's POV

I let Lennox believe I was asleep till I knew she was. I watched as her little nose wiggled whenever she moved. She was so beautiful. I couldn't help but wonder why someone as sweet and genuine would even fall for anything I told her. Looking at me made it easy for anyone to jump to conclusions. She was different. She was the first person to say a word to me there. Even after all my screaming and my ten year old tantrum. She still tried to be nice. I'm too much trouble for her. If we stay together I'll just end up hurting her.

My eyes wonder down her body curled up next to mine. Her long hair sprawled across my stomach. Her hand gripped my tee shirt. If I just as much think of leaving I get a pain deep in my chest. I barely know her yet I feel like I've known her forever. She shared something with me that I'm sure she's never shared with anyone other than her mum. She made me feel safe enough to tell a group of people I have never met. She's obviously special. I can't afford to loose another special person in my life.

Her eyes flutter open slowly.

"Hi." She smiles up at me.

"Hi." I look into her deep blue eyes. She had the most sincerity in each look she gave me.

"How are you feeling?"

"Okay. Still a bit dizzy but much better now you're here." I graze my thumb across her cheek. Her eyes close as a smile spreads across her lips.

"I never left. Not once."

"I know Lennox. I know." I smile.

"Niall. Call me Len. Only my mama calls me Len but I want you too."

"No."

"Oh... Okay." She turns her head to look away.

"That's your mums nickname for you. I'll find my own sooner or later. Trust me. I'll have lots of time to come up with one." I smile.

She turns back. "What will you call me till then?" She questions.

"I was thinking Lennox or.... My baby." I turn my head quickly at the last words looking away from her.

Her hands lands on my cheek turning me back to her.

"I love it." She smiles.

Her smile is contagious. I can't hold mine back. She moves up closer to me.

"Does this mean..." She stops in her tracks.

"Mean what?"

"Are we together?" Her eyes don't meet mine.

"Only if you want to be." Wow I can't even give a straight answer. I'm a pussy.

"I want."

"Prove it." I push.

Her head falls. She sighs and moves her hands down my stomach to my waist.

"No not that." I grab her hand.

"Then what?"

"Kiss me. I mean kiss me like you've always wanted to. Like you haven't kissed me or anyone else before. I want you to make me believe you. I want you to believe it." I smile softly.

She moves her leg over me, sitting on my waist. He hands on each cheek using the pads of her thumbs to graze my bottom lip. She lowers her head down to me. She barely touches mine and I already can't handle her being this far. The moment our lips touch I never want them to part. She grabs my hands and places them on her hips. The way her kiss felt was all the drug I could ask for. She was gentle but passionate at the same time. I closed my eyes feeling all the pleasure I could ask for. I grip her wait enjoying everything she's giving me. Her moans escape into my mouth. I can't help but smile. God it was amazing. I could last forever and I would be happy.

She pulls away slowly. Short of breath. "Proof?" She whispers

"God the best proof I could ask for."

She blushes a deep red and hides her face in my neck. I chuckle softly.

"Baby?"

"Hmm?" She giggles

"I have to use the restroom."

"Oh." She gets up quickly and moves the blanket off of me. I move my legs off the bed and sit up. I squeeze my eyes shut. My head swirling. I shake it away and try to stand up but fall to my knees. She runs over to me.

"Are you okay?"

"Just dizzy. I can handle it."

"Here let me help you." She reaches out her hand.

"No I got it."

"Just let me he-"

"NO! I got it!" I scream. She jumps backing away from me. Her eyes wide. "Oh Lennox I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scream." I sigh.

She just nods and looks away from me. I reach for the bed and help myself up. I finally get my balance and go to bathroom.

I come back out and make my way back to the bed. "Baby?" I whisper looking over at her. She doesn't look up. "I'm sorry. I just got mad."

"You get mad a lot. Really quick." She mumbles

"I know. It's not my fault. Well it is my but I don't mean it to be. I just get so many thought in my head at once I can't handle it."

"So you falling was a lot of thoughts?"

"No but thinking I can't handle it, and then you having to help me made me feel worse. Like I'm to weak to handle myself."

"But you are right now and that's okay. I want to help you. That's why I'm here. To help you get through things. I would hope you do the same for me." She wipes her tears.

"Please don't cry. I hate when you cry. Please Lennie."

Her eyes widen and her face turns to me. "Lennie?"

"What?" I hadn't even noticed what I said.

"You called me Lennie."

"I did? Sorry..."

"Don't be. I-I like it." She smiles

"You do?" She nods quickly.

"See I told you I'd find one for you." I smile big. "Please come lay with me."

She doesn't hesitate laying herself right next me. She lays her hand palm up on my stomach. She looks at me as if I did something. "What?"

"Give me you hand." She demands.

I lay my hand in hers. She loops her fingers with mine and pulls my arm over chest. She grazes my hands with her thumb. I want to stay like this forever minus the hospital setting.

"You know how perfect you are?"

"I'm far from perfect. Further then far. I'm farthest." She giggles softly with some truth she believes.

"Lennie. You're perfect to me."
