The inevitable

Chapter 20
Jack's p.o.v
3 weeks later

A day after I found Elsa in the tent the mortal pills must have came out of her system because she died and came back to live as a full immortal so now she's stronger and fighting again.

We are all so exhausted, this war is never ending.

I want it to be over and I think I have a plan.

"North!" I shout while freezing a nightmare dragon

"Yea" he shouted back

"Is it my turn to sleep yet?"

"I think so, go ahead" he replied

Elsa was mid killing a dragon when I approached her "don't ask no questions, meet me at the tent in 5, I'll explain there" I whispered in her ear

I walked to the tent, watching my back the whole time incase someone attacked me.

When I arrived there I waited there for a couple of minutes before Elsa arrived.

"What's the matter? They're gonna wonder where I've gone"

"Elsa this war is gonna end tonight, I've got a plan that allows the war to end and for us to get our revenge" I smirked

"What's the plan?"

Elsa's p.o.v

"Okay so I've had this for a while and I knew it would come in handy during this war" he said and brought out a small bottle

"What's that?" I asked

"It's invisibility potion and you're going to drink it"

I simply just raised an eyebrow

"Here's what's gonna happen. Me and you are going to walk the long way around to Pitch's side of the battle field so no one will see us. Sunset is almost over so that means Pitch will come for about 10 minutes like he does every night. Just before we approach him, you're gonna drink the invisibility potion so he will just think I am there"

"He'll kill you! I exclaimed

"Pitch wants me to suffer, he hates me more than anyone else so he won't kill me on the spot, he'll want to torture me first. So I am going to hand myself into him on the conditions the war stops. After I say that to him, you will be standing behind him and then you freeze just his legs so he can't run any where. Then I'll take it from there"

"Why couldn't you tell the rest about your plan?"

"The less people that know the more chance it'll work and North would never go along with it anyway"

I took a deep breath unsure if I should go along with it. Anything could go wrong at any time.

"Pitch ruined us Elsa, he took away everything. It should be us to end him" Jack persuaded.

I started to remember everything pitch had done to us "okay let's do this"  

"Yes! Okay the invisibility potion only lasts a couple of minutes so once you drink it we need to act fast" he explained

I nodded "let's finish this war"

He took a step towards me and put one hand on my face then kissed me.

I instantly kissed back and smiled against his lips, it felt so good, I hadn't kissed him in so long.

We both pulled away after a while.

"I can't wait to be with you after this is over" I smiled

"The thought of us has been the only thing getting me through this war. We can do anything you want, we can travel to all different countries and do all sorts of things" he said
