The inevitable

Chapter 11

Jack's p.o.v

I was over at Hiccups place and the whole gang was there, well apart from Elsa.

I was sitting beside Mer on the couch waiting for the game to come on.

"I've missed you Frost boy these last few months" said Merida

"I've missed you too" I winked

"I don't know how I've coped with us two not constantly making fun of each other" she laughed

"Well you are my favourite ginger, I have to make fun of you" I chuckled

"But seriously Jack, you're like a brother to me and when I got that call from Elsa telling me that you were in hospital, it scared the crap out of me"

I smiled and put my arm around her shoulder "don't worry about it, I'm all better now. I'm back to my old self, constantly making fun of you, you little Scottish ginger nut"

She punched me in the stomach "oh shut up ya grey haired old man" 

I laughed and then suddenly Eugene and Rapunzel stood up "we have some news to tell you guys"

"News? Oh dear yous two aren't having babies are ya?" Merida joked in her strong Scottish accent

"No but we need to wait for Elsa to get here, where is she?" Asked Punz

"She'll probably be here soon" said Charlie

"She hasn't been answering my calls, this morning she seemed sort of upset when she left the apartment" Hiccup said

I still can't get my head around that they are dating, it destroys me every time I think about it.

I took my phone out of my pocket to check the time and then I realised what date it was.

October 18th

I know where Elsa is.

"Crap, guys I just remembered that I am supposed to meet with my manager in 5 minutes. I'm sorry I'll be back as soon as I can, don't tell the news with out me" I said while standing up and then walked out of the apartment

That was a lie, I don't actually have a meeting with my manager it was just an excuse to leave without them asking too many questions.

October 18th, the day Elsa's parents died, I know she's in Arendelle right now. I have to find here and see if she's alright.

Shit it'll be a couple of hours drive though, I can't even fly there because I don't have my powers.

But then an idea popped into my head, snow globes.

I have one left in my car, I've been saving it for emergencies.

Quickly, I ran down the long flights of stairs, out of my apartment and into my car to get the snow globe.

I grabbed it and went into a dark alleyway where no one could see me, then threw it at the ground where a portal opened.

I mumbled the word "Arendelle" then jumped into the portal.

Before I knew it, I was at the town square in Arendelle.

God it is good to be back here.

It's one of my favourite places in the world, I have so many memories here.

The sun had nearly disappeared into the horizon, it would be dark soon.

I started heading towards the walled gardens at the edge of Arendelle as that's where I assumed Elsa would be.
