(Nobody's POV)
Castiel was awake, he was awake and heard every word. He heard Deans soft, deep voice behind him. He felt Deans fingers ghost over his sides, almost as if he where afraid the slightest touch might wake Cas up. Castiel felt all the emotions and guilt in every word. He knew Dean meant every word he said. But he doesn't know if he should just immediately trust him over a little heartfelt speech. He needs more than words to gain back his trust.*~*the next morning*~*
Dean wakes up to Cas in his arms, again. But this time, he doesn't freak out or push him away. He pulls him closer, causing Cas to turn around and put his head on the crook of Deans neck. Dean smiles a little bit, taking a deep breath and pulling his hand up to Cas's hair. Dean slowly runs his fingers through Castiel's jet black locks and massages his scalp, sending a soft, low moan up out of Castiel's throat. Cas breaths deeply and pulls back abit, his eyes slightly pink and squinted. They look at each other for a while, Deans face pink and worried. While Castiel's eyes scan over Deans face, from his golden brown hair, to his bright green eyes, resting on his plump pink lips. Cas smiles abit, closing his eyes and resting his head back into Deans neck. Dean lets out a breath he didn't realize he was holding. They stay like that for a bit, until Cas grabs Deans hand and pulls it back to his head," Do that thing again.....it felt nice." He says and Dean smiles, going back to playing with Cas's hair. After about like 20 mins, Sam slowly opens Deans door," Are you guys up yet?" He asks in a hushed tone, incase they where still asleep.
Both Cas and Dean say yes at the same time, but stay where they where. "Well, ok. Me and Charlie found another job, if you guys want to come." Sam says as he shuts the door.
Both the boys think for a bit, about if they wanna go or not. Then Dean remembers," Oh shit. I totally left Crowely waiting outside a Vamp hotspot. I gotta go." He says as he gently slips out from under the sheets
Leaving Cas in the bed by himself," I heard you last night......" Cas whispers, half wanting Dean to hear, half not.
"What Cas? I didn't hear you." Dean says as he hops around, trying to get some pants on.
"Oh.......nothing. I just...don't think Crowely is really a...good influence on you...."Castiel says as he sits up abit in the bed, laying back against the headboard.
Dean didn't really know what to say to that. And Cas laying in his bed shirtless wasn't helping at all. "Ummm. I think...I can take care of myself Cassie. I'll be fine. Don't worry, I'll be back in a few days." Dean says as he walks over and kisses Cas on the head, but then realizing he only does that to Sam.
Both freeze, cheeks going pink and awkwardness filling the air. Dean then waves goodbye and leaves the room, leaving the door a crack open. Cas doesn't know what to do, should he tell Dean about hearing him last night? Or should he leave it and just let it be. He will think about it, Cas doesn't wanna ruin this right now.
Castiel finally gets up and heads over to his clothes. He looks at them and decided to just stay in his boxers and tee shirt. He walks to the door, clothes in hand, and goes out. He wonders how he even got in to Deans bed. The last thing he remembers was laying in Sam, listening to his heartbeat. Then he woke up in Deans arms. Cas still doesn't even know how he feels about that. Why would Dean even think, or let alone be ok with him in his bed. Like, yeah Dean has been really nice and sweet with Cas lately, but this is very surprising to Cas. But he lets it go, knowing it would probably not happen again.
Walking into the living area, Cas sets his clothes in a neat pile on one of the side tables next to the couch. As he is doing this, Sam walks out and freezes," Well heya Cas. Finally wake up now? Where's Dean?" He asks as he walks over to Castiel.
"Oh. He went back to wherever him and Crowley where yesterday." Cas shrugs as he looks down at his hands, playing with his fingers.
"You ok Cas? You seem...sad?" Sam asks as he lifts Cas's face to look at him.
"I am ok. I just don't know how I got...there." Cas says as he blushes lightly and Sam pulls him into his chest.
"Oh. I had to go somewhere and you were still scared, so when Dean got here, he said he would look after you." Sam said a little too quick.
Cas shrugged and took that answer, even if it maybe fake. Sam, Cas and Charlie all got loaded into the Impala later that day to go out and restock on supplies and new clothes for Cas. He had decided that the one outfit he had wasn't enough, which Charlie greatly agreed to. So they went out and got more rock salt, ropes, spray paint and ammo. After, they went to a cheap generic clothes store for Cas. He suggested this place because he didn't want them to spend too much on him, even when they offered to take him to a mall.
When they entered the shop, Charlie grabbed the sleeve of Cas's trench coat and dragged him to the men's section. Sam of course following right behind. Charlie had alot of fun picking outfits out for Cas and Cas had fun seeing all the different styles there where. They finally settled on a couple of pairs of jeans, a few graphic tees and some hoodies. The Winchesters tendency of wearing many layers grew on Cas, he also had flannels and button ups. Practically a whole wardrobe, and Cas planned on wearing his new stuff right away. So when they got home, Sam and Cas were searching all over the bunker for something he could store his clothes. Sam was even planning on cleaning out one of the rooms and putting a bed in there for Cas so he didn't have to like zap to another continent whenever they slept.
Eventually, they found a large navy blue trunk tucked away into the back of a storage room. "This one." Cas huffed as he had just torn through several different rooms before this.
"Are you sure? I bet we could find-" Sam tried to say but was cut off by Cas.
"No. It will do just fine. It's not like I live here. I just need something small to store my clothes." Cas said as he dusted off the trunk and sat down, patting the spot next to him.
"Actually, I was thinking that we could clear out one of these rooms and you could stay here. If you wanted to, it would be a room all to yourself and it wouldn't be that far away from us. Just down the hall."Sam smiled as he looked down at Cas.
Cas sat there, a bit shocked. He had never thought of actually staying here. He still had this unknown mission in the back of his mind. He had a lot more going on in his head than he put off. He needed someone to talk to," Umm. Thank you. I would really like that. I just...have to go do something." Cas says before he vanished. Sam is left there, shocked and a bit happy. Cas agreed to stay with them. He gets up, grabs the trunk and walks out. All he's gotta do now is pick a room and tell everyone else.
