(Dean's POV)
Next thing I know I am waking up in a hospital bed, in a hostital robe and monitors hooked up, beeping everywhere. What the hell am I doing here?! I sit up and feel a pain in my arm, I look down and see a bandage over my forearm. What happened? I rip off the monitor attachments and IV's and try to get up, but when my feet hit the tile floors, I fall. My legs feel like jello and my head starts spinning. What is wrong with me. My head throbs as the monitors start beeping like crazy. Nurses and doctors run in and help me back onto the bed. "No.....I need to get out of here. Where is Sam?" I try to fight them off but I am too weak.

"Sir. You cannot leave. You are far too weak right now. Are there any relatives we could call to come and see you?" One of the nurses asked and I immediately told her Sam's number and to tell him to come quick.

(Sam's POV)
Turns out, Cass was wrong. He didn't hear Dean. The second I opened my eyes, we where in some random field. Cass and I zapped back and decided to finally call it a night, finding the nearest hotel. Hoping if he was smart, he would stay somewhere safe out there or at least come here. We finally got a room and headed over. "We where heading out for a job. Everything was fine. Yeah, I mean I practically had to drag him out of that damn bunker, but it was still nice." I say a bit solemnly and Cass pats my back.

"It's ok Sam. He is out there and he is ok. We just...have to fin-"Cass almost finished, but was cut off by my phone ringing.

We sprint over and I pick up my phone, praying it was Dean. "Summerview Hospital?" I say confused and put the phone to my ear.

"Hello?" I say and a women responds.

"Hi. This is Summerview Hospital. I am calling in regards of Dean Winchester. Is this....Sam?" She asks and my heart stops.

"Yeah. Yes. This is him? Is my brother ok?" I ask quickly, looking at Cass with a smile.

"Well, if ok is pulling out your IV, pulling off all the monitors, fighting nurses and yelling at us....multiple times. Then yes. He is perfectly fine." The women laughed lightly.

I also laugh," Yeah. Sounds like him. I'll be there soon. Thank you." I say and we both hang up.

"So? What was all that?" Cass asks and I just pull him into a hug.

"He is alive and well. He is at Summerview Hospital and he is waiting for us." I say and I feel Cass smile and hug me back.

"Oh Cass, are you happy your finally gonna see your boyfriend finally?" I tease and Cass blushes, pushing me away.

"If anything. He is only gonna wanna ring my neck." Cass says sadly and I pull him to my side.

"It's gonna be ok. He's probably gonna cry or something." I say and he just frowns.

"I hope not...." he trails off and we both go and load into the car.

~*~about an hour later~*~

We finally pull into the hospital parking lot and turn off the car. We hop out and do a jog up to the front. "Hi. We are here to see Dean Winchester." I say and the nurse tells us the route to his room.

We rush through the hospital, searching for room 164. When we finally find it, we stop outside the room. "You don't have to go in right now if you don't want to." I say and he shakes his head.

"No. I'm ok. Let's go." He says and I open the door.

I guess he eventually calmed down, cause his head was tilted back and snores filled the room. I shook my head and closed the door behind us. "Dean.....Dean. Wake up." I whisper and slightly shake him.

A split second later, his arms whirl around and he bats my hand away, eyes open and alert. "Sonofabitch! Sam. You can't do that to me." He grunts sleepily but still smiles slightly.

We all laugh and he looks over towards Cass," Who's your friend Sammy?"

Cas and I both look at eachother. Confusion clouded Cass's eyes and he looked down at Dean," Dean. Your joking right?" He asks and Deans face scrunched in confusion.

"No..... Do I know you?" Dean asks and I laugh lightly.

"Ok. Funny Dean. I get Cass kinda destroyed your heart and all, but acting like you don't even know who he is is abit much." I try and joke to clear the uncomfortable air.

"Why would I lie? I don't know him, if I knew him, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't fake like I didn't." Dean argued back, he seemed serious.

"And where is Charlie? Is she still back at the bunker?" Dean asked and I then actually believe something is wrong.

"Dean.....Charlie moved out months ago...."I say and Dean begins to look frustrated.

"No...No. She is still there. We just went on a hunt a couple of days ago. She tried making me wear a freaking avocado face mask cause I looked "stressed"! She didn't move. She would have told me. Who even would she move in with?" Dean tried to defend himself.

"Dean. Charlie has a girlfriend. They have been together for like...seven months?" I ask Cass and he nods.

"Why is this guy even still here?" Dean said in frustration.

"Dean. You-" I started but Cass cut me off.

"No. it's ok. I'll go. I'm sorry Dean." Cass pats Deans leg and walks over and out of the room.

Something's is really wrong here. "Sam. Man, what the hell is going on here? Why did you bring that dude along? Are you guys dating? You need to tell me these things man."Dean huffs and i shake my head.

"Dude. No. That's technically your boyfriend......"I rub the back of my head as Dean freaks out, yet again.

"Sam. No. I mean yeah, I swing that way sometimes, but no man." Dean says and i
I prepare for a long night of explaining.
