I ran over to where my friends were engaged in battle, the giant Kurt they were fighting had a broken visor and was missing parts of its armor. Shekra and Steve were fighting side by side against that thing but Martin was no where to be found. "Wheres Martin?" I yelled as I ran towards them "hes taking care of the ship, can you give us a hand please?" Steve answered. Than he tried waking the Kurt in the leg but was kicked away like a soccer ball. Shekra than jumped up hitting it in its chest destroying its chest plate knocking it off balance. I used this chance to slice at its massive legs like Steve tried to do, only I was able to succeed.

Its left leg was severed off and it howled in pain while it fell on its back, Shekra than took another blow to its chest. Her fist broke right thourgh its armor and into its chest, the giant staggered a little before its body went still. The happiness that grew inside me was replaced with disgust as Shekra wrenched a huge chunk of purple flesh from its chest. Than she turned to me with that huge smile on her face and presented the bloody purple goo to me. "Look at what I found darling" she said with joy, oh gosh it smelled horrible. If she eats it I swear im running away, "Shekra stop playing around we gotta help Martin" Steve said as he came back. Shekra dropped the giants chest part and ran passed me to go join Martin. I followed behind her along with Steve to see Martin was no where in sight, "where is that muscle head?" Steve said. I looked around and seen the shadow of something above zipping and darting about.

I looked up into the air to see the Kurts ship flying from up above with a lot of damage on it. To my surprise I seen Martin was on the top of it tearing it apart with his bare hands. "Hes up there" I said as I pointed up, Steve looked up and laughed "how'd he get up there, hes one crazy son of a-" suddenly Martin leaped off the ship and it blew up in a big ball of fire. Pieces of it flew in all directions, Martin landed safely in front of us on his feet. He started to rub his palms together and sighed "glad thats over, if that whole fight was written in a book it would take up a whole chapter" he joked.

I pressed the button on my sword and it shrunk back into its knife form than placed it into my jacket pocket. "So what do we do now" I asked, "its the planet Grod, so you know what that means?" Steve said as wiped dirt from his shirt. "Umm no" I answered,  Martin reached into his pocket and pulled out some sort of phone. He tapped on it for awhile than said "we need to get to one of our bases but there aren't any on this planet,  but there is one on the planet next door, so we gotta get a ride". A ride? Where would we find another ship on this planet?. Steve jumped up kicking his heels together "that means we go to the city of crime" he hollered. "That doesn't sound safe" I commented, Shekra than put her arm around me "it isn't baby but they sell ships on black market, as long as no one knows your in the army we'll be fine".

A sick feeling washed over me, yet another dangerous event I had to endure, "from this map im looking at it shouldn't be to far" Martin said. We started to make our way there Shekra held my hand as we trudged thourgh the hot desert. Martin was leading along with Steve who were deep in their own conversation. Shekra was silent but I wanted to know something. "How'd me and you get together?" I asked, she slowed her pace a little and looked me in the eye "in the army, I was new to the force and wasn't the best at making friends, for some reason people thought I was crazy". A fake smile grew on my face "whaaaat why would anyone think that?" I lied she laughed "yeah I know right, but you were the only solider who was ever nice to me" she said. Our gaze locked for a moment.

She leaned close to me, oh gosh was she about to kiss me? I don't even know her like that, at least not yet. Luckily Steve turned to us "hey you two we're here" he said, Shekra stopped and looked in the direction in front of us. A sense of relief came over me, right in front of us was the city. But it looked more like a huge camp site from a far, every building was made of cloth so it looked like an over grown tent. "Not what I expected" I muttered, "wait till you go in, your gonna see all types of aliens" Steve said. Something tells me that these weren't going to be friendly aliens. "What happens if they find out we're apart of the army?" I asked. "They'll try to kill us baby, the aliens here are very loyal to the Kurt, but if they do find out I'll have a plan B" Shekra said. She let go of my hand and activated her gauntlets.

She pointed her hands in the air than beams of light shot from her hands into the air and passed the clouds. "What are you doing?" I asked, but she just smiled and said "you'll see baby" as she turned her gauntlets back to bracelets. Martin turned to us and said "make sure all your weapons are hidden, if anyone sees it they'll know we work for the army. Stay close and if things get hazy, you know what to do Shekra". She nodded and smiled, whatever plan B was I already didn't like it. We entered the city wnd let me just say that it was the weirdest most stankiest environments I've ever been too. Aliens of every shape size walked about. Some normal sized others small like cats, even one's as big as Kurt giants. I held tight onto Shekras hand, my body felt tense, Shekra leaned close to my ear and whispered. "Don't look scared baby, you can beat everyone here in a fight so don't worry".

I don't know why but that reassured me, Martin lead the way looking at the screen of his map. Suddenly he stopped in front of this large coned shape tent building, "This tells me that the guy selling the cheapest ships is in this building" he said. Than he pushed aside the cloth door. "Lets do this" Steve said with joy.
