Chapter 10- Andrew

Rebecca leaned against Tyler as they sat on the couch while we sat opposite from them on the love seat. Austin kept his arm wrapped around my waist.

"Rebecca, it's not normal for someone to change mates once Andrew had change you. Do you have any idea what caused the change?" Austin asked, looking tired and hurt.

"My ring was Andrew's gift to me. Maybe it bonded me to him and changing my daylight protector change the bond." Rebecca raised her shoulders before letting them fall in a shrug.

"Whatever it is you need to fix things with Andrew." Austin spat.

This whole thing had him pretty much on edge. But who could blame him, his coven was changing over a girl.

"I don't wanna be with Andrew, I wanna be with Tyler." Rebecca crossed her arms, no longer resting against Tyler's side.

"I mean you need to talk to him and fix this anger between him and Tyler before he does something stupid or harms the coven. You can still be with Tyler but you need to fix Tyler and Andrew's relationship and Lexi and Tyler's relationship." Austin got up and headed into the kitchen they rarely used.

I sat on the couch quietly watching the sence before me. Rebecca keep looking at me with her ice blue eyes. I knew she was sad about hurting Andrew but on the inside I could tell she really loved Tyler.

"Are we okay?" Rebecca asked me.

"Yeah. I know you love him." I said before standing to give her an hug and sit backdown. "But Austin's right, you need to fix things between you and Andrew."

Austin then walked back into the room with a mug in his hands.

"Your favorite." Austin handed me my favorite coffee mixture with a hint of vanilla cream, little sugar, milk, chocolate, and some mocha.

"Thanks." I took a sip.

"You guys are so cute together." Rebecca smiled.

"Thanks." Austin and I said together.

A lot of people have told us how cute we were. Some girls were not really that happy about it.

"Julia, your getting tired. Come on. I'll show you where you can sleep." Austin lead me up the stairs.

-Rebecca's PoV-

I watched as Austin lead Julia up the stairs in to the room where she would sleep. Tyler didn't move from next to me. We must have sat there for at least ten minutes before Austin came back down the stairs.

"You should go talk to Andrew, now." Austin spat.

"Stop. I didn't do anything wrong but love someone. I know the coven is a big thing for you bing the leader but butt out. I'll fix it." I said before leaving through the back door and through the broken forest.

I knew where he would be. Our old hang out when my parents wouldn't let us be together. The cemetery creek. It was beautiful there.

I made it to the creek when I notched the metallic sent of blood. It wasn't just any kind of blood... it was vampire blood.

My legs moved faster as I searched for the spot where it was coming from.

"Rebecca is that you?" Andrew's raspy voice asked out in the dark.

"It's me Andrew." I found him. laying in a grass patch next to the muddy water edge.

Andrew had blood coming from his side. I pulled him up and wrapped an arm around him, hurrying him towards the house.

"Austin!" I yelled as we came to the clearing of the backyard.

Austin showed up in the view of the glass. Hurried, he opened the door and helped me get Andrew into the house and to a couch, where we layed him down.

"Something's stuck in his side." I pointed at the spot where blood was seeping through his shirt.

"You gotta pull it out." Austin said.

Austin lifted up the spot on Andrew's shirt. I took a breathe before I put my fingers to the hole, pulling out what looked to be a tooth. I dropped as it burned my fingers. A yelp cracked through my lips.

"It's not just some animal tooth." Austin mumbled.

"It's a werewolf's tooth." Tyler finished.

The night moved on. We got the bleeding to stop and Tyler and Austin went for a feed. Leaving me and Andrew alone with a sleeping Julia.

"I'm sorry Andrew. I never meant to hurt you. There's just that feeling any more. I don't want this to affect us with the coven and I don't wanna mess it up for you." I whispered.

"It's fine. Nothing is going to be different. I'll get over it." Andrew said and that was the end of our conversation.

My mind still wondered how the tooth got in his side. Werewolfs were common here. They haven't been for a while. This made it unsafe for the vampires.
