ROSE'S POV-

I took a deep breath and knocked on the door of Uncle Percy's office. Scorpius reached for my hand as muffled shuffles came from behind the door. Pulling the invisibility cloak off right as the door swung up we were met by my uncle's harsh gaze. "I didn't think I had any meeting scheduled tod-" His voice was cut off by a gasp. "Rose? Scorpius?" He asked not being able to believe we were standing in front of him. "Your parents have been trying to get a hold of you for weeks! I'll call them right now to let them know you're ok." He said as rushed back into his office. Scorpius and I followed behind him and quickly closes his office door. "Don't call them." Scorpius commanded.

Uncle Percy looked shocked by Scorpius's harsh, demanding tone of voice. "Please, don't. We really need to talk to you." I said desperately. He seemed to understand my urgency. "If you insist. Take a seat." He said. He sat behind his desk and scorpius and I sat on the seats across from him. "What's all of this about?" He asked. "We need to ask you a few questions. Then, we're going to obliviate you and you won't remember anything we asked you." I said, calmly revealing our plan. He looked outraged. "You think I'm just going to sit here and let you obliviate me?" He cried. "Yes." Answered Scorpius. "Yeah? And why's that?" He snarled. "Because, I know for a fact that you've let our family down before. I also know that you've learned from your mistakes and won't do it again. Please just cooperate with us." I said keeping my voice steady.

"Fine. What do you need to know?" He asked giving into our pleas. "Have you ever heard of Pheronixon?" Questioned Scorpius. My uncle's brow furrowed and he looked confused. "No. What is it?" He asked. My heart fell a little bit. Just another person who doesn't remember. "No time to explain. In the last few months have you been given a request for the ministry to create another time turner?" Asked Scorpius. His eyes light up and he nodded. "Oh yes. Very interesting story. It happened back in January. Some bloke came in and asked me about how he would go about getting one. I said he'd come to the right place because it's me who is in charge of all of that. He said he had been needing one. When I asked why he explained that he was going to the be working at the very first wizarding time travel industry. It sounded a bit far fetched so I did some research. It turns out that it's a very real business that would be opening up as soon as they could get a time turner. They planned to help people to go back in time to right their wrongs. It's very dangerous but if done correctly could benefit wizards everywhere. The man had already met with Kingsley and had everything approved. All he needed was my approval and help getting a new time turner created. Believing that his cause was good I started filling out the needed forms and such. The making of the time turner wasn't finished till the end of June. I called up the man and we scheduled a meeting. He was supposed to come in on July 2 but that very day, only hours before he was supposed to come in, the time turner went missing. It was being kept in the Department of Mysteries. I figured it was the safest place because only few have access. We started to search for it but couldn't ever find it. Then there was that breakin, which I'm sure you've heard about. While cleaning up some of the debris some gold powder was found near the place the time turner was originally kept. We concluded that it had simply fell and shattered. I tried to get in contact with the man who had wanted it but he was gone. Practically disappeared off of the face of the earth." He finished.

Trying to look calm I clenched my fist. It was so much to take in. Who was the man? It had to of been Lucius in disguise. "What was the man's name?" I asked. "If my memory serves me correct then I'm fairly sure it was Andy Meriplous." He said. Scorpius looked at me and I knew he was thinking the same thing as me. The name sounded very familiar. "Did you do a background check on the guy? You know, just to see if he really existed." Asked Scorpius. "Of course! Went to Hogwarts back in the mid 80's. He was only a few years above me! He has a couple of kids and was divorced pretty early on." Said my Uncle. The more I thought about it the stranger it seemed. This guy was defiantly real. Then I remembered something. Pulling out the journal with all of our research from the small bag I brought I flipped to one of the early pages. There he was, exactly where I thought he'd be.
