-Harry's P.O.V-
"Oh my God, did you see that?" I laughed, pointing to the stage at one of Lottie's friends. They were horrible, but it made it fun to watch. Nearly everyone was laughing, at least everyone our age, or smiling. They had all gotten dressed in ridiculous suits and were dancing some weird Russian dance.
Okay, I actually didn't know if it was Russian, but let's just say it was. I didn't understand the song and they looked like fools. Drawn mono eyebrows and beards.
People applauded them when they finished though. It was funny, a change from all the actual talented or horrible kids.
"Thank you girls, next up is our youngest contestant, Marie Brinley," one of the senior girls announced wince she's the host of the night with some other boy.
A girl about 14 walked out with a soccer ball. Music was turned on and it was quite impressive some of the stuff she did. The ball never hit the floor and she never held it with her hands, so it was impressive for a 14-year-old.
We applauded her as well and then she walked out, smiling and waving. Hannah walked on stage again and smiled.
"Well done, Marie. Next is our oldest and last contestants. Avangeline LaLiberty and Richard Racicot." She gestured her hand and then walked away.
The curtains opened again and people nearly jumped forward. The girl, Avangeline was laying on her back on the floor while he was between her legs in a way, holding her hips. Their clothes were skin tight and rather minimal as well.
"What are they gonna do?" Niall whispered as everything was quiet for a little bit. We all looked at Liam.
"I don't know yet." He shrugged, just then music started playing. It was soft and slow.
"Oh yeah, I wouldn't mind being him right now," I whispered as he stroked up her leg and then shortly burried his face in her cleavage.
"Shh," Liam and others scolded me. I shrunk down and trained my eyes on them instead. My eyes widened as they continued and holy shit! Richard is one strong guy and so is she! That's amazing!!!
It ended and everyone looked at the two of them awestruck for a second, then everyone broke loose. People stood up on chairs and floor, screaming, whistling and applauding them.
"What the hell? That shouldn't be possible!" Louis exclaimed. The two of them bowed, smiled and then she jumped on his back and he walked them out without struggles.
"Wow. That was... Something," Hannah said breathlessly, entering the stage again. "So the judges are gonna decide who are the top three and then we'll announce the winner as well. Make yourself to something to eat and drink while we wait. Family and friends can come to the back and talk to their contestant if they want to. Thank you!" She smiled and then slowly walked off stage.
Niall dragged Zayn to the food and Louis pulled me and Liam to the back. We got in easily, because everyone knows we're here for Lottie.
"Hey, Lot!" Lou said. The girl grinned and ran to hug her older brother. I looked around in the back and saw Avangeline and Richard there with what looked like their parents, only there was one couple and then a man. Maybe the mother couldn't make it?
"Harry? Hello." I snapped out of it and looked down at Lottie.
"Hey, you were awesome." I hugged her. She just gave me a thanks and smiled.
"But did you see them!" She pointed to the last act. "That was incredable! Come on, we gotta ask what it was." She took my hand and pulled me with her over to them. The three grown ups had left again and now it was only the two of them.
"Lottie, you ask alone," I hissed, she just ignored me and then went to them, poking the girl on the shoulder, making her turn around.
"Oh, hello, Charlotte," she said politely. She smiled, her blue eyes bright and honest.
"Hey, I've told you before, you can just call me Lottie." Avangeline crinkled her nose and shook her head.
"I'm raised to use birthnames, not nicknames, my apologies," she said and looked down a bit. "Who's your friend, or boyfriend?" She looked at me now. My eyes widened at the last word. Lottie grimaced.
"Ew... Definately not boyfriend. This is Harry, my brother's friend. They just came to watch, mum kinda forced them," Lottie said, making the other girl smile.
"Oh, well, you're dance was quite interesting and the costumes," she complemented Lottie. Why on earth is she so polite and delicate? Not a single word that comes out of her mouth is in any way mocking or sarcastic, not even anything close to that.
"Thank you, we came to say the same. You two were amazing. You're so gonna win this," Lottie gushed. Avangeline blushed and looked down.
"That's not for sure." I raised my eyebrow now.
"Yeah it is. You nailed it. Not one person in this school can possibly beat you. What kind of dancing was that?" I said, speaking up for the first time.
"Contemporary, but we've made it more acrobatic," she answered meekly. Richard had went somewhere to do something.
"Nice, I'm Liam." Liam came, offering his hand out. She took it and gave a slight nod.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Avangeline. You must be Louis?" She looked at the brunette. He nodded and ruffled Lottie's hair.
"Indeed I am. I guess you've heard of me from Lottie, you know, of how amzing of an older brother I am," Louis said jokingly. She looked at him for a bit, then shook her head.
"No, I haven't. I do know who you are though. My little sister adores you," she said, pointing to all the three of us.
"You have a sister?" Lottie deadpanned. Louis smacked the back of her head, earning a scowl from her. Avangeline looked shocked by what he did, like he just committed a huge crime.
"Uhm... Yes, I do have a sister."
"Where is she?" Lottie looked around. Avangeline now straightened even more and her sharp jaw clenched together tightly.
"You won't find her. Excuse me, I have to go." She then gave us a tight smile and turned around, nearly flying across the room with her light walking.
"Lottie, you scared her away!" Louis said annoyed.
"What? No, I didn't. You did." And that's how their usual bantering started. Liam and I just left them, because those two are so bloody stubborn, none of them will give in in a while.
