"Hey, Ryan," I smile, walking over to him outside of the school.

"Hey," he smiled back. "Are you doing anything this weekend?" He asks.

"Nope. Just sitting in my room all day doing nothing, as usual," I answer.

"Same," he replies.

He looks so cute. Wait. Am I thinking this way about my best friend? Do I have feelings for my best friend? Yes and yes.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies. But like as a date," he suggests.

Okay. It looks like he likes me too. Am I fucking dreaming?

"I'd like that," I smile.

"Ok. I'll text you later," he says before kissing my cheek. "Bye, Karla," he smiles before walking to his car.
