"Any day now," I thought aloud to myself, since Ryan is on tour.

Our baby is due in four days and Ryan gets home from tour in two days. Today they were only a state away and it's pretty early in the day.

Soon I feel a sharp pain in my stomach and just ignore, probably just the baby moving. Then I feel the same pain again but it hurts more this time.

"Oh, shit," I mumble as my water breaks.

I quickly pull out my phone and dial Ryan's number. He answers right away.

"Hey, y/n," he says.

"Ryan, the baby's coming," I rush out.

"What?" He exclaims, you can hear the panic in his voice. "I-I'll get there, baby. I promise."

"Ok, I love you," I tell him as I get another contraction.

"I love you too, bye," he says before hanging up.

I call my neighbor and tell her what's going on and she rushes right over. She drives me to the hospital and now all I have to do is wait for Ryan.

I've been in labor for three hours now and I just want this to be over with. Ryan still isn't here. The doctor is telling me exactly what to do but I'm still a nervous wreck.

"Y/n!" I hear Ryan's voice yell as he runs into the room.

"Oh, thank god you're here," I say and his kisses my forehead.

"Alright, Mrs. Ross, one more push," the doctor says.

I push one last time and I hear the sound of our baby crying.

"It's a girl," the doctor smiles. "Would you like to cut the cord, Mr. Ross?"

Ryan nods before walking over next to the doctor. I can't see what they're doing but soon I see Ryan holding our newborn daughter, who was covered in a substance that I didn't know of, in a towel.

"We'll get her cleaned up," the nurse says and Ryan hands our daughter to the nurse.

The nurse comes back in about twenty minutes with our daughter, who is now clean, wrapped in a blanket. The nurse hands our baby to me and smiles.

"Y/daughter's/n so beautiful," I say as I adore our newborn.

"Just like you," Ryan smiles, kissing my cheek.

Ryan pulls a chair close to the bed I'm laying in and sits down.

"Let me hold her," he says and I nod.

I hand over y/daughter's/n to Ryan and he cradles her in his arms. It's such an adorable sight.

"I can't wait to take her home and let her meet the guys," Ryan laughs lightly, looking down at the small newborn in his arms.

I smile at my Ryan and the baby, thinking of how lucky I am to have a great husband and a healthy baby girl.
